Mins picked Kirishima up from the house, flipping Bakugou off as they left. They drove further into the city and pulled up outside a large apartment complex. Mina grabbed Kiri's bags and took them up to her apartment in the lift.
A few people stopped them, asking for photographs. Though they had gotten used to seeing Mina around, seeing Kirishima was new. Some asked about Bakugou, since they always worked together.
Whenever they asked about Bakugou, Mina would pretend to drop one of the bags of say they needed to hurry because they were late for patrols. Kiri thanked her each time but she just shook him off, saying she didn't want to think about him either.
The two spent the rest of the day crashed on the couch, eating tub after the of ice cream and watching Disney films. Denki and Sero joined them after their patrols had finished and Denki insisted on watching Frozen three times.
Kirishima fell asleep as they watched Aladdin for the sixth time, Denki and Mina running around the room yelling the lyrics to 'a whole new world' at the top of their lungs while Sero filmed them, looking in at random points. Somehow it felt better having them around.
It was safer like that.

Jirou stood, looking over at the mess in the kitchen.
"Why did you do this?" She asked turning to Bakugou who shrugged. "I was pissed." Jirou turned back to the mess in the kitchen. "Well you fucked up."
"I fucking know! You're supposed to tell me what the fuck to do now." Jirou shrugged. "Dunno. I've never thrown the entire contents of a kitchen at someone. Maybe apologise or just leave him alone for a while?"
Bakugou collapsed on the couch, groaning. "This is bullshit." She grumbled. Jirou sat on the arm of the couch. "Still your own fault." Bakugou groaned again .
"I totally fucked up."

It didn't take long before people recovers that something had happened. Within a day, articles had started to pop up about the hero couple breaking up. It took about two days before they managed to get proof of it being real.
Nine read the news with a smile. It had worked, just like she had suspected it would. If she had managed to think it through correctly, then it would be less than a week before Stain did what she had asked if him and, after that, it would all be set up.
Of course, something had to ruin their plans. That something happened to be Shigaraki. That something was now also dead, which made that problem so much worse.
