The villains reached the wall of Twices. "Bakugou and Deku still there?" Nine asked one of the clones. The clone nodded, pointing to where they saw a large explosion and a burst of green electricity.

 Todoroki smiled, using his ice to propel himself over the clones, landing next to Deku.

 "Deku!" He said, smiling slightly. Deku looked away from the clones who had temporarily stopped attacking when Todoroki arrived. They soon started again, lunging at Deku, modelled appearing out of nowhere.

 Bakugou heard Todoroki as well as glanced over as he sent five clones flying back. These clones were replaced immediately by another ten. Todoroki froze some clones, melting to ice as they exploded into more brown sludge.

Deku pushed last a load of them but was shoved back into Todoroki as more appeared. The clones pushed them back more and moer, getting more and more aggressive. After a while, the three students were back to back with each other and the clones were still coming closer.

Suddenly, Todoroki's left hand grabbed Bakugou, freezing the surprised boy solid. Deku watched as the clones backed away from them.

Todoroki looked Bakugou in the eyes, smiling like he had never seen before. A psychotic smile of pure joy and excitement at what was to come.

Bakugou watched, frozen in place, as Nine jumped over the clones, with help from Dabi, pinning Deku to the floor and forcing a cloth over his mouth. Deku was unconscious before he could even captivate his quirk or realise that he needs to.

Todoroki placed a burning hand on Bakugou's face who screamed in pain as it burned through his cheek to the bone. Todoroki punched Bakugou across the face until everything went fuzzy, his smile growing wider all the time.

The ice over Bakugou's body melted and Todoroki smiled as he ran a burning finger across his chest and stomarch, leaving lines of burnt flesh that blistered and bleed over the floor and the ice that was slowly turning red.

Todoroki punched Bakugou across the face and chest, one hand burning white hot, the other encased in ice, until Bakugou was coughing up blood, his grip on reality slipping. Bakugou's head dropped onto his chest but Todoroki lifted it with a burning hand, looking into his eyes.

 "Are you having fun, Bakugou? I am. Do you know how long I've wanted to do this?" Bakugou's eyes closed but he was still conscious as pain racked his whole body, burning, feezing, aching, stinging, pounding.  "You think you're so great but look at this. You can't even fight back."

 Todoroki kicked Bakugou in the stomach causing him to spit up blood and his ribs to bleed more than they were. Bakugou looked pathetic. He was hanging by his wrists from a price of ice, his clothes burnt and ripped to shreds and stained with more blood than should be possible. His head was resting on his chest, not quite conscious but still able to feel the pain of every burn and cut and bruise that covered him from head to toe. He probably had all sorts of broken bones.

Todoroki stepped back and admired his work, his mouth confronting into a smile.

He started to laugh.

Bakugou hung there, the laugh echoing through his mind. Help me, he thought, All Might, Shifty Hair, hell, even Deku, just someone help me.

Todoroki heard running and stopped laughing as people rounded the corner.

Mina, Aizawa, Kirishima, Sero, Uraraka, all stood there looking at Todoroki. Then their eyes flicked to Bakugou.

Kirishima took a step towards Bakugou, ignoring the pain from the burns down his chest. Todoroki tried to use his quirk but realised that Aizawa was looking at him. Instead he broke an icicle off and placed the pointed end on Bakugou's chest.

 "One step closer, any of you, and I kill him." Todoroki said, grinning like a maniac. " You don't want that do you? "

 "Todoroki, what are you doing?" Asked Uraraka, her face full of confusion. She knew Todoroki better than any of them so this image clearly didn't make sense in her head. The others seemed to have realised already though none of them liked it.

 "What I should have done ages ago." He pressed the icicle into Bakugou's chest more, watching blood run down his chest and drip, drip, drip, onto the floor.

 "Kill number 2."

 It took a moment for this to settle in.

 "Y-you don't mean t-that you killed T-Tsu?" Uraraka stuttered. Todoroki smiled "Clever clever. You caught me."

 Aizawa blinked and Todoroki created a wall of ice between himself and his class mates. Stabbing the icicle into Bakugou, he ran after Nine and Dabi, rounding the corner to find Twice and leaving the school, sliding on his ice through a window and across the campus.

The four villains ran to a nearby park where Toga, Spinner and Mr Compress sat waiting, in case they were needed. Some of Twice's clones were also there, holding Deku's unconscious body. Todoroki gently look Deku in his arms, the clones turning to mush.

 "You were awesome, Shou!" Nine yelled, gently wrapping her arms around him, careful to not knock Deku. "I would put Bakugou's chance of survival at about 10% after that!"

 She looked up as sirens sounded in the distance.

 "Ok, maybe 20%."

 Touya messed up Todoroki's hair and nodded to the others. The strange group started to walk away, smiling to themselves.

Deku's eyes opened slightly. He was being carried by Todoroki. He must have fallen asleep in class again. He closed his eyes again, falling asleep as Todoroki walked on, the villains walking beside him.
