The unknown hero (BNHA)

Nine watched Octavia as she killed Shoji. Three brats down already. This was easy! Octavia then started to scream.

Nine rolled her eyes. At least Silver seemed fine. Tokoyami had gotten away, carrying some of his classmates further into the school. The others had used the opportunity to escape.

Nine and Todoroki left the room, leaving Octavia, and started to search the school. The other villains had already gone after them but the two leader had been interested to see how it went. How Octavia would manage after her fist kill.

They were both quite disappointed.

Mina had fled with Momo. Nitro had followed them. Nitro pinned the two girls down easily. Momo was still in shock and Mina was shaking violently.

Acid sprayed from his hands and covered the two girls. They both screamed in pain. Momo s eyes were only half open but she could still see the sadistic smile on Nitro's face.

 "Why?" She asked, whispering. "Why? Was it all fake? All those days we spent together, all those times you seemed to care about me. Was it all fake? Masumi. You were like a brother to me. Was that fake?"

 Masumi stopped and looked down at her. "Momo." His voice was surprisingly gentle, it was how he talked whenever she was sad. Whenever he wanted to cheer her up. "Don't think that. Those memories are special to me but that's all they are, memories. They're the past. The past is over."

 Her smiled sadly and bent down closer to her. "I really did love you."

 Mina punched him across the face. He fell to the floor and she lept after him. She landed into of him and they rolled around until she had him pinned underneath her.

 "Momo! I need something to the him up!"

 Momo stood up and role star to talk from her stomach. Mina grabbed it and tied the villain up. The two heroes looked down at him and he gazed up at them.

 "I wanted revenge for being kicked out. For being told I could never be a hero. It wasn't as satisfying as I thought though. Each time I got a little bit, it just made me feel more empty. I though that maybe if I got more it would help but it never did. Guess I really fucked up there then."

 Momo looked down at him. "What are you talking about?" Masumi smiled slightly. "You asked me why."

Momo stated at him for a second then turned her back to him. "If it wasn't worth it then why did you carry on?"

Masumi sighed and looked down at the corroded floor beneath him.

"I guess I though I was too far in. I'd gone too deep and there was no going back. I couldn't undo what I had done so the best thing to do was carry on and hope that it ended up fine."

He was interrupted by the sound of fighting and, just outside the door, someone crying. Mina peered out of the door and saw Kirishima curled up on the floor. He seemed unharmed, physically anyway.

She dragged him inside and sat him on the floor, away from Masumi. She quickly checked him over. "He's completely unharmed. But didn't a villain run by here earlier? Did they just leave him?"

Masumi looked up. "They won't hurt him. Nine specifically ordered they he should be left unharmed. Nobody's going to disobey that order. Todoroki can be terrifying at times. He's not afraid to act either."

Momo turned to him. "Why can't anybody harm him? He's a hero and their enemy." Masumi shrugged. "Something about a deal? I think that's one of the things for the deal with Aneko."

 Momo looked down at the crying hero, ideas running through her head.

 "Ok! Mina, we need to find some people."
