"Guys!" Mina called out. She was in a room, blocked in by a wall of ice. The room incompletely empty apart from her and a villain, who stood across the room, blue eyes scanning her. They had a mask over their mouth and a hood over their hair but Mina could tell that they were smirking as she bashed her fists against the ice, spraying acid.
"Does acid burn you?" The villain asked. Mins turned to look at him. He could only be a year or two older that her but his eyes seemed to bubble with hatred. Nitro tilted his head. He suppressed his rage, for now, but when he beat her he was going to melt her bubble-gum pink face off.
Liquid ran down his fans and dropped into the floor, hissing and spitting. Mins glanced away from him to the puddle at his feet and he attacked. He ran across the room, showing a clear liquid behind him to push him faster.
He was on her in an instant and she screamed as something burned her cheek. He pushed her to the floor, pinning her under him. He looked like he was smiling, under the mask, as he raised his free hand to her face.
"I guess it does."
She shot acid at him but as it hit him it hissed and had no effect. He seemed to smile wider. "Neutralization reaction. Simple chemistry." He said. His hand went to her horns and pushed them gently. They shifted backwards.
Liquid pored from his hand and covered her horn. The lake yellow horns turned white and slowly dissolved. Women of the liquid touched her head and face and she screamed as a burning sensation covered her head.
Nitro watched as she shot more acid and tried to push him off. He simply pored more acid over her head and listened to her pained shrieks.
