He can heal himself and others quickly using a kind of energy that appears like green lightning. He can basically recover from any injury making him near impossible to kill. However, the more people he's healing, the slower it gets and the weaker his healing becomes.

Lock on
He can lock into one target at a time and can find them easily and watch them. Hee works as the sniper so it makes him easier to aim at his target.
Nitro
Fountain
He can create any liquid from his body so long as he knows the chemical make up of it. It's sort of like a mixture of Mina and Yaoyorozu's quirks (he's not related to either of them though).

She had festivals instead of hair and can produce a black ink like substance from her mouth to blind enemies.
