Chapter Fifty-Two

'you really missed me that much?' I smiled as he carried me onto the beach.

'are you kidding me?!' he smiled as he sat down on the sand. We sat down so he had his legs stretched out and I sat facing him, my legs still around his waist.

'Molly, you can be gone like 5 minutes, even just to go to the toilet and I miss you. I missed everything about you and it was all multiplied by 10 when you went AWOL earlier.’ I smiled.

'How did you find me?' I asked playing with his fingers, which were linked in with mines.

'well, after you ran out, I grabbed Demi's car keys, so I could go after you. But you drove away so fast that I didn't see which way you went. So I drove like a mad man looking for you. And lets just say I am going to get a few speeding tickets' I laughed.

'I've missed you these past few days' I smiled as I kissed him. He laughed softly.

'You missed me did you? ... How much did you miss me?' he smiled in-between kisses.

'a lot' I laughed, kissing him back. He lay back so I was basically sitting on his abs making out with him. I tangled my hands in his hair as he moved his hand up and down my spine, tracing shapes at the base of my spine with the other hand.

'Molly! Christian there she is!' I broke away from Justin and looked up. Demi was running towards us, Christian wasn't far behind.

She ran towards me and picked up off of Justin and stood me up in the sand. 'Molly Muriel Fraser! What were you thinking?! Christian and I have been worried sick!' she screamed.

'Yeah!' Christian caught up, but he was a little breathless.

‘I’m sorry, I’m sorry’ I laughed. ‘but as we can all see, I’m fine’

Demi relaxed a little and smiled, ‘I know, I know, I could see you and Justin, honey you looked a little more than fine!’ she laughed, ‘just don’t scare me like that again!’ she hugged me.

As she did Christian grabbed my legs and they both ran towards the sea with me screaming in their arms.

‘Guy don’t even think abo-’ the swung me up in the air and threw me into the freezing cold sea without them even getting wet.

I stood up and wiped my eyes. They were peeing themselves laughing.

I smiled over at them, ’aw guys, come here give me a hug!’ I said running after them. I caught Demi and pushed her in laughing. Then we both ran and caught Christian, with the help of Justin. We spent the morning screaming, laughing, running around in the water, doing cartwheels and handstands, burying each other in sand. Completely ignoring the fact that we were 16 and it was 7 in the morning.

We were all completely soaking as we sat down on a bench just near where our cars were parked. My phone started to ring.

‘Hello?’ I picked up.

‘Hi there Molly it’s Lisa’ a chirpy voice answered.

Hey bitch. I wanted to say it but I didn’t. ‘oh hi’ I said emotionless as I watched Christian and Justin tackle each other on the beach.

‘I was phoning to tell you that we are going to require you and Justin to come down to the agency to interview potential parents. I know it’s very soon but the quicker these better with these processes. I’ll see you both at 10’ ‘ she hung up.

I looked over at Demi, she could tell something was wrong. ‘Molly, what’s happened? Who was that?’ she said taking my hands.

‘Lisa, from the adoption agency … we have to go down there to pick parents for the baby’ I said quietly. ‘How am gon-’ she cut me off.
