Chapter 12

I opened my eyes and saw that I was in a...room? Where am I? I look to right and saw Kakashi-sensei near me, laying down. AHH! I mentally screamed. I scrambled back but my body felt numb. The memories of earlier came back to me. "(Y/n)?" Kakashi said. "Hm?" I said sitting down, relaxing. "Waking up, huh? Are you alright?" A lady said. I only nodded "I've been better. It'll be a week before I can move normally." Kakashi said sitting up. "See, it's better if you don't move, so just lie down. You too, little lady. You have a more fragile body then him" she said pointing at me.

Kakashi-sensei groaned saying "right." He layed back down but I was getting up slowly. "I'm alright, thank you though." I said smiling. I heard footsteps come towards the room so I looked in the direction. "Look, they're coming around." Naruto said. "Listen, Sensei, your Sharingan is amazing and everything, but if it puts that much strain on you, maybe it's not worth it." Sakura said "sorry" Kakashi replied.

Naruto came up to me and hugged me tightly "eh?" I said surprised. "And you told me not to scare you" he said. I smiled and when we pulled apart I pinched his cheek. "Well, you did take down one of the most powerful ninja assassins, so we'll be safe for a while." Tazuna said "Right, but you know that boy with the mask, what about him?" Sakura asked.

"He's from the elite tracking unit of the village hidden in the mist. Those masks are only worn by the most elite Shinobi." Kakashi said. "What exactly do they do?" Sakura asked "The Anbu Black Ops, also known as The Inferno Squad, destroy all traces of a rogue ninja's corpse. The shinobi's body contains many secrets- ninjutsu, chakra, special medicines used on his body. These are the secrets of his village. If his enemies find them, his people will be in grave danger. "What are you all yammering about? You demolished that assassin." Tazuna said "Heres the truth. Zabuza's still alive." All of us except Sasuke screamed. "But we saw his body. Believe it." Naruto said. "Kakashi-sensei, you checked him yourself. You said that his heart stopped." Sakura said.
