Chapter 25

Dianfa's POV

I and Mengrui were decorating his family home ready for his mother to come back, I was nervous about what was going to happen, I was told a plan a few days ago and now it's Christmas eve, I feel bad that Mengrui won't get to spend the day with his mother like he plans but this needs to be done to. I smile at Mengrui who is lightly bouncing a ball and Xing grabs it bringing it back, he holds the ball as we hear a car pull up and Xing sits beside him looking up at Mengrui

As the door opens and Kong Meirong walks into the house, her face is full of amazement and happiness fills her eyes "surprise Ma" and Mengrui both say together and she looks at us both with a warm smile

"Thank you both of you," she says as she walks over to hug us, Xing barks twice and she crouches down and gives him a rub on the head to "thank you to you to Xiao Xing," she says softly and Kong Aixian mouths a thank you to us

"ma I ordered your favourite food because I'm not a good cook unlike you," he says with a smile, she gives him another hug and kisses his cheek 

I smile and hug her "I should get going, Enjoy your dinner Ma, and have fun" I smiled walking out, I bite my lip as the door shuts, I walk to the end of the drive and look towards the car that sat waiting, I nod to them frowning slightly before walking off home already feeling bad about this, but I had to go home to my family anyways.

Juanshou POV

I sighed shaking my head as I see Dianfa nod to us "we shouldn't be doing the Gege" he shrugged and I drove the car into the Kong resident driveway, getting out as I watch Kaihan get everything ready "Just be careful Kaihan and don't hurt him I swear Shuanghui won't forgive you if you hurt him"

Kaihan rolled his eyes at me and bounded up the steps to the door knocking on it 3 times before ringing the bell, "I won't hurt him Didi" he had a cheeky grin, the door swung open and Kaihan put the cloth over Mengrui's face, Mengrui struggled slightly in the hold soon falling as Kaihan caught him, I shake my head as he carried Mengrui to the car and belting him in "target captured" he says cheerfully

I shake my head taking the food from the delivery guy "I wouldn't tell anyone if I was you, this is a planned thing the kid is my brother in law" he looked sceptical at me and I'm not sure if he believed me but walked away after I paid him, with a generous keep your mouth shut tip, then I headed up the stairs into the house, "Mr and Mrs Li?" I called and walk into the dining room placing the food on the table, they both walk-in slight shock on their face and I give them a warm smile "greetings Ayi, Greetings Shushu (uncle)"

"Li twin?" Meirong looked at me questioningly and I nodded "witch one may I ask, I cannot tell you both apart" she adds and I chuckle 

"I'm Juanshou, the younger one" I explained, "I would also like to invite you to Christmas dinner tomorrow at the Li residents, our mother is a great cook and would be pleased if the Kong family could join us on our family get together," I said with a smile

She looked towards her husband and smiled before looking back at me "I think that would be a lovely idea, but I'm not sure about Mengrui, he doesn't like when things change" 

"Ayi, I have a very mischievous Gege and Didi, that have come up with a very stupid plan, that I don't even know why I'm helping them, they have kidnapped your son, and will be joining us for dinner tomorrow after being picked up, I hope you don't mind, I thought it would be better to explain it to you then to have a not through your door saying your son was kidnapped, so in a way me helping is a better choice than leaving two idiots with all the work" I explain with a grin, she shakes her head and smiles

She chuckles and Kong Aixian watched as we talk "ok, but please take care of him for me please" Xing runs over barking, he's bigger than before and I stroke his head "oh Mengrui will panic without Xiao Xing"

I smile at her "don't worry we will take him to, we already have food ready for him, your food is here on the table and I'm sorry for disturbing your Christmas eve and return home" I give her an apologetic smile putting Xing on his leash as we head for the door, Xing was jumping about as we got outside and I got the over happy dog into the car, Kaihan got in and so did I after waving goodbye to Kong Meirong and Aixian, Driving off to a smaller house, it was still of great size, with two bedrooms and a large yard.

I pulled up to the house parking the car, Kaunwo stood outside by the door looking anxious "hurry up, he never stays knocked out for long, if we don't hurry we won't make it" he rushed out, he walked over to the car unstrapping Mengrui and Kaihan got out to help him, opening the front door as Xiao Xing runs in and Kuanwo carries Mengrui inside, I sit and wait at the car frowning at how long the boys are taking to come back out, they had a huge grin on their faces as they came back out locking the door behind them, they both got in the car and Kuanwo leans back pulling out his phone grinning at us "mission accomplished boys" and tapping away on his phone

Kaihan grinned turning around in his seat to look at Kuanwo "He is so going to kill you when we come back tomorrow" Kuanwo just grins at him like it doesn't matter "we have a plan for that anyways"

I roll my eyes "please remind me why I agreed to help you because I am one hundred per cent regretting it, what did you do to Shuanghui"

Kuanwo shrugged "knocked him out of cause, how else would I get him here, besides it will be good for them, they need this both of them, they have both been so miserable since you boys left, that was the last time they spoke you know, the afternoon you both went home, they haven't seen, or spoken to each other since they miss each other but neither will admit it, they are still married, Mengrui and Shuanghui are either avoiding or refusing to sign the divorce papers which tells me neither of them wants to be separated" he explained

I let out a sigh and drove away from the house "and that's why I agreed to help you with your stupid Idea" I frown heading back to my parent's house
