Shuanghui's POV

He offered me a seat as we got in the room and I shook my head "I can't stay long sir, my gege are waiting for me"

He nodded and gave me a serious look "look after my boy or you will regret it, I know I have no rights to say this since I'm one of the people who forced you both to marry but he's still my child"

I bowed my head before taking a deep breath looking back up at him, "I love him, there is no way I would hurt him I would protect him with my life"

He starred at me for a moment before smiling "alright I'll take you up on that promise, make sure you take care of my son"

I nodded and bowed slightly before a mischievous grin crossed my lips "don't worry Pa, I'll take care of my husband" with that I quickly turned and walked out before he could answer, it was weird to call someone pa since I havn't said it to anyone in a while, I was told not to tease Meirong they did not say I couldn't tease Aixian

I still had the grin as I made my way down the stairs and Mengrui frowned at me "what did you do" he questioned as I reached him

I smiled and wrapped my arm around his waist "nothing" I smirked kissing his cheek before leading him towards the door "we need to go before we are late" He nodded and we walked out together, I put my helmet on and was going to help Mengrui but he already got it on so I just made sure it was on properly before helping him onto the bike, his arms going tightly around my waist "Ready?" I felt him nod against my back his grip get tighter as I set off

As we got up to the house Kaihan was out on the front garden playing with my niece and nephew running around and laughing only stopping when he saw us, "Didi is here" he called loudly before being tackled by the 5 and 7 year old and laughing

I shook my head at them helping Mengrui get off the bike before getting off myself, "you ready now" Juanshou asked as he came outside

I raised an eyebrow at him "you're joking right, I need to get changed" I said looking over at him after taking my helmet off

He shook his head smiling "me joking, Didi you planned on staying with him but didn't take a change of clothes?" He said like he was questioning me

I heard a light chuckle beside me and looked at Mengrui who turned away trying to hide the fact it was him, I looked back at Juanshou and shrugged "I... didn't think about it"

I walked past Juanshou to go inside "hurry up" he called as I made my way up the stairs

Mengrui's POV

I watched Shuanghui head inside and frowned as Juanshou made his way over and grabbed my hand holding it up as he inspected it "So this is the ring" he announced

I slowly took my hand away not being use to the sudden contact and everyone being so touchy "ring where" I heard Kaihan yell as he ran over with two kids trailing behind him

I stared at them both slowly backing away "alright boys, can't you see you are scaring him, let him inside" she said walking between Kaihan and Juanshou grabbing my hand and pulling me past the two boys before letting go "he clearly isn't comfortable with you both crowding him like that" she scolded before looking at me again "go on inside dear" I nodded and quickly headed for the door, looking over as she slapped them both upside the head "both grown men but so childish" she shook her head as they chuckled "both of you are married don't scare your brothers man away"

"Sorry Ma" I heard before I stepped inside, looking around the entrance way again unsure what to do

I looked to the door as Rongshu came in "go on up dear, Shuanghui shouldn't be long you can wait in his room, least you will be away from the troublesome twins" she chuckled with a warm smile
