Mr. Erratum

Chapter Nineteen

Error waved at Erratum, "HElLo ErRoR, WhaT aRe yOu dOinG HERe?" Erratum asked, Error rubbed his hands nervously, "Hey Erratum, can i- well, can i talk to you for a moment?" Error asked, avoiding Erratum's eye's. "Uh.. SurE,whAT DO yOu waNna TALK aBoUT?" Erratum asked, looking at Error with worry, "Well, you see..." Error started, Error then muttered something, but it was too quiet, "DId yOU Say soMetHiNg ErROr?" Erratum asked, getting out of his seat, worried for his friend, "well, i.. urgh, F*ck it" Error muttered, "I like you, really like like you" Error said, almost like a love-struck school girl, Erratum stayed silent, looking at Error, who was now looking at the ground, trying to process what He said. It stayed silent for awhile, after a minute or so, Error looked up, and saw Erratum who was... crashing?

Error stayed silent, staring at the skeleton. "Oh god, what the hell happened?" Error suddenly heard, He quickly turned around and saw Undyne and Paperjam, with a camera. "What are you two doing here?" He asked, Undyne lifted the camera slightly, "We wanted to see him say yes, that's all" She shrugged, Error sighed, "Do you two happen to know what this is?" He asked the students, looking over to the still glitched out skeleton, Both of them shook their heads, "Actually, i think someone might, give me a minute!" Paperjam suddenly exclaimed, hurrying out the classroom. Error sighed, "I have to wait for an answer, great" Error muttered, in a sarcastic tone.

A few minutes later, Ink, Blue and Pigment all rushed into the classroom, right behind Paperjam. "Hello Blue, Ink... who's that?" Error asked, looking at Pigment. Said skeleton grinned cheerfully at him, "Hello! I'm Pigment!" He greeted, Error nodded slowly, "Are you a new teacher or something...?" Error asked, glancing back at Erratum quickly, Ink quickly replied, "urm, no. He's my... Brother! yes, my brother. and he's here because.." Ink paused, Blue instantly finished off Ink's sentence, "He's here because he wants to see if his children could come here! yeah.. right Pigment?" Blue asked, glancing nervously at the god, Pigment only nodded, seeming to be much more interested in his non-existent nails.

Error coughed, "Anyway, do you guys know what happened to Erratum? do we need to take him to the nurse?" Error questioned worryingly, Looking at the three adults, Pigment nodded, "yeah, he's done this before. Give him ten more minutes i'd say" Pigment informed Error, He nodded, "Thank you Pigment" Error spoke, Looking back at Erratum.       

Around ten minutes later, Erratum started to 'wake up', "UrGh, WhAt HApPEnEd?" Erratum asked, looking over to a tired looking Error, "Huh? you don't remember anything?" Error asked in disbelief, Erratum nodded, "YEaH, DiD I CrasH aGain? ThAT SomEtiMES haPpEns" Erratum explained, shrugging. Error nodded, "DiD SoMEtHiNg iMpOrTAnT haPpen? YoU sEem KiND of SAd" Erratum informed Error, concern in his voice, Error nodded, "Yeah, i told you.. that.. that i like you" Error admitted, scratching his skull nervously, Erratum looked at him for a second, eyes wide. And then, he crashed again.

A few minutes later

Erratum slowly regained his vision, and found a worried Error in front of him, "Erratum! you crashed again!" Error exclaimed, frowning. Erratum frowned at his expression, "ReaLlY? WhAt Did yOu TeLl mE?" Erratum asked, Error's frown deepened, "You'll just crash again.." Error told him, sadness obvious in his tone, Erratum quickly replied, "No, I PrOmiSE, i WoNt cRash... AGaiN" Erratum declared, Error sighed, "I.. i like you" Error muttered, just loud enough for Erratum to hear. Erratum could feel himself glitch out more, but held it back. "I... i sEe, I... i lIke yOu Too eRroR" Erratum admitted, glowing a bright yellow.

"Now, kiss!" The two skeletons suddenly heard, Both of them turned around quickly to see Undyne and Paperjam, who still had the camera. "What!? I thought you two left!" Error told them, Undyne shrugged, "Nah, we just left for a few minutes, now, Kiss!" She exclaimed again, Paperjam nodded, "yeah! c'mon dad" Error sighed, "Both of you, go to class." He ordered, Undyne sighed, "Fine, come on Undyne" Paperjam grumbled, exiting the classroom, "Sorry about him" Error apologized, Erratum laughed, "iT'S fiNe ErROr".

Blue glanced over to Pigment, he had been unusually quiet, even when doing that awful smile of his, "Pigment, are you okay?" Blue asked, destroying the silence, Pigment glanced over to Blue and shrugged, "no... i'm fine, i just feel weird" Pigment admitted, Blue frowned, "are you sure? you're not sick are you?" Blue asked, Pigment shook his head, and smiled, "no, no i'm fine" Pigment told Blue. Blue gave Pigment a strange look, suspicious of the skeletons behaviour, finding it strange to hear that much emotion from the soul-lacking artist. 

Blue frowned, glancing at Pigment in worry every few minutes. All of a sudden, there was a knock at the door, "Who is it?" Blue asked, shouting. "It's me! Dream!" Blue heard, Blue sighed, and then said, "Come in i guess" Blue told Dream, barely a second had passed before the door was slammed open, "Hello Blue! oh! is that Pigment? i heard some of Nightmare's students talking about him" Dream rambled, going onto one topic after another.

Blue sighed, Completely ignoring Dream's words about how 'three of his ships had already sailed', He groaned, "Dream, i really need to carry on with marking this, is it okay if we continue this another time?" He asked, not planning to continue this conversation at all, Dream smiled, "Sure Blue! see you later Blue! you too Pigment!" Dream shouted, skipping away. "You don't like him that much, do you?" Pigment asked, a few seconds later, Blue shook his head, "no, not at all" He groaned out.
