GEORGES POV:
Mia pulled me off to one side after she had left Y/N's room in a panic, which caught me off guard. "What- Mia what?" I say looking around to make sure we didn't look suspicious to Alex or Y/N who was watching us from the sofa, before turning away continuing their conversation together.
"Y/N is catching onto us George- What if she tells- What if-"
"Right, slow the fuck down. What do you mean she's catching onto us?!" I say spitting my words as I whisper, blood boiling in the veins.
"She told me that she isn't fucking stupid- and that she doesn't believe a word of it- and that I'm only here for you"
Fucking hell, FUCKING hell. I need to get her trust back there is no way I'm going to let her ruin everything I've protected her from, and everything I've worked for.
"Just, Ignore her. Got it? She can't do anything."
"What if she told either Will or Alex!?"
"She won't. Plus, she couldn't even talk to will if she wanted to" Unless... He's told her this? No, No he's not that stupid.
"Oh yeah right!... What is this secret you have against Will anyway?" Mia says curiously tilting her head slightly, God she was so cute.
"If I tell you mia... you can't utter a word of this to anyone ok?" Mia nods in response and I unlock my phone to find the old screenshots and proof to what I was about to say. "A while back Will for a video idea made-" I quickly shut up as I feel someone tap my shoulder I turn around quickly shoving my phone in my back pocket to see Alex stood with a bag of takeaway
"Foods here, we did shout you. But you didn't hear us" Alex say's "Surprisingly considering you are right in the same room as me. Deep convo were you havin?"
Mia just kind of stands there awkwardly before leaving and sitting down on the floor sorting out the plates and cutlery. "Not particularly," I say clearing my throat "Just lost in thought I suppose mate."
I go to walk away to join Y/N and Mia but Alex stops me by grabbing my arm pulling me back, and I felt a knot of fear in the bottom of my stomach. "Is everything alright?" Alex says sounding sort of suspiciously furrowing his eyebrows together.
"Yeah, Mate fine. Why?"
"No reason, Y/N mentioned you've seemed different lately and I can see what she means... So just thought I'd check."
Alex pats my shoulder before walking away to sit on the floor next to Y/N putting his hand on her thigh as she smiles up at him kissing his cheek. See, this is one of the reasons why I'm doing what I'm doing. Will is just ruining things and getting in the fucking way, I sigh sliding my fingers through my hair before joining the others to sit and eat, trying to rid this feeling of fear and guilt.
