"Seven, you better have a damn good reason as to why you calling me at 2:00 in the morning."
"Hazel... the baby coming." My eyes stretched.
"For real?"
"Yes bro."
"Well take her to the hospital!"
"She already there. I'm on my way down there."
"Ohhh God" I rubbed my forehead.
"Man... I'm scared, no cap."
"I'm sure you are. Maybe next time you'll use a condom like we kept drilling in your head the first time." He sighed
"Not right now Hazel, please."
"Sorry. Okay, listen to me. It's time to put your big boy pants on. You ain't a lil kid no more, welcome to adulthood. You gone help Jessica take care of this baby and I wish she might call me and tell me you ain't."
"Can you come down here?"
"Sir, I have my own baby to worry about."
"You can bring her."
"No sir."
"Please Haze? I need my big sister right now man. I promise I won't ask you for shit else." I sighed. My little brother needed me, was I supposed to say no?
"Aight man.."
"Thank you." He said, taking a sigh of relief.
"Mhm. And you better not ask me for shit else for real." He laughed.
"You know I will."
"I know. Y'all act like y'all can't live without Hazel."
"We can't"
"Right, right. I'll call you back later. Tell me if the little gremlin get there before I do."
"Okay." He chuckled.
"Just in case I change my mind, I love you and you got this." He sucked his teeth.
"Change your mind my ass. Anyway, i'm finna walk in the hospital."
"Man up, pussy ass. Over there sounding scared."
"Bye Hazel." I laughed as he hung up.
"Baby what you doing up?" Chris asked groggily, stretching as he yawned. I smiled at my baby daddy, feeling an overwhelming amount of love for him for some reason.
"Riyah was crying so I came to check on her, then Seven called."
"He good?" I sighed.
"The lil chicken head water broke."
"Ah man."
"He want me to come down there." He frowned.
"You got your own child and he ain't it."
"That's what I told him but... I can't just leave my baby hanging."
"So you gone go down there?"
"Yeah..."
"Aight" He nodded, walking away.
