"You sure you don't wanna go?" I asked Draya as I prepared myself for Chris' little shindig. She shook her head no as she bounced Riyah on her lap.

"Alright, don't be calling me to come get my child when you get tired of her. You offered to babysit, remember that." She chuckled.

"I got this. And who you tryna impress?" She asked as I checked out my butt in the mirror. I had to make sure I looked good so I can stunt on Amanda and whoever else.

"I gotta let these bitches know if they didn't already."

"Girl you ugly, shut up." I laughed. These were the types of bitches I was talking about.

"Gotta be the silliest thing I heard all year. Anyway, i'll be back in a couple hours. Take good care of my kid."

"I will, don't get into no fights."

"Why would I get into a fight?"

"I don't know, you kinda ghetto." I gave her the finger as I leaned down to kiss my baby.

"Mommy loves you, don't give your god mommy a hard time okay?"

"She will." I laughed.

"Don't let her eat too much junk and you better not eat all my shit either."

"Umm..."

"Umm nothing. Let my oreos be gone when I get back, imma pop the shit out that hand.

"Girl i'm not your damn child." She laughed.

"All y'all my seeds, bye."

"Just go to your man party and get out my face."

"Okay okay. Have fun with Ms. busy body here. I shouldn't be gone too long. Make sure she sleep by 10:00."

"Hazel go." She said, shooing me away.

"Sorry. She got a lil rash on her butt so make sure you be gentle. Oh and her-"

"Hazel!" I laughed and threw my hands up in defense.

"I'm leaving, i'm leaving." I grabbed my car keys and left. I'm sure i'll remember something else to tell her on the way there. Draya was the most dependable one out of the girls, but I just had to be difficult.

"Can y'all move?" I asked, resting my head in the palm of my hand as I inched in traffic. North Carolina's traffic wasn't nearly as bad as this shit. Finally arriving at the venue the party was being held at, I teased my hair in the sun visors mirror and applied lip gloss. Gotta look your best at all times.
