•Hazel"She's fine, she does have a popped blood vessel in her eye though." I informed Draya's mom. She was in Houston, where Draya and her family were from. She convinced her mom that she didn't have to come because she would be okay. Couldn't have been Karen, she would've been here faster than I could blink.
"Draya maybe you should press charges against him." I told her as I reentered the room.
"He's rich and he's gonna claim it was self defense. I'll just save myself the trouble."
"He didn't have to hit you that hard though. He literally popped a blood vessel like what the fuck?"
"I know." She sighed.
"You're not gonna go back to him, are you?" I knew I couldn't control her or the choices she made in her love life but it would hurt me, seeing her crawl back to him.
"Nah, i'm done. Dude got issues and i'll end up killing him." I actually believed it judging by the way she was talking about the situation yesterday.
"Did you love him?"
"Yeah, I did. That nigga punched me hard as hell though, I said well damn." I laughed.
"You slow girl."
"For real. I think he knocked some of the love out of me cause now it's fuck him."
"What if he tries to come back?"
"I already blocked him on everything."
"He know where you live though."
"He ain't that crazy, he'll leave me alone."
"You better hope so..."

"Ro, go get me Sariyah's bottle out of the fridge please. It has purple butterflies on it."
"Okay!" She ran off into the kitchen to retrieve Riyah's bottle while I lotioned her little body up.
"Daddy I can't reach it!" She called out from the kitchen. I sighed and slipped Sariyah's clothes on, going to get the bottle myself.
"Move lil bit, I got it." She stepped aside and allowed me to grab it. Not in the mood to mess with the bottle warmer, I just sat it in the microwave.
"Daddy can I hold Sariyah?"
"Not yet, wait til she gets a little older."
"She's like one!" I laughed.
"She's four months, too small and fragile for you to hold her by yourself."
"Fine" She huffed. Ever since Sariyah got here, Ro hasn't cared about anything else. She would call me or Hazel, asking to speak to her little sister everyday she's not with us. It was too cute. Sariyah loved her too, smiling every time Ro came around. They gone be an unstoppable duo in a few years.
"You ready little one?" I asked after I got all the baby stuff together. She sure need a lot of shit to say she only been here a few months.
"Yes. Are we taking Sariyah?"
"Well we can't leave her by herself." I chuckled.
"I thought we couldn't show her to strangers."
"Oh damn... You right little one."
"I know i'm right, and stop saying bad words!" She frowned, hitting my leg.
