#1 The Aftermath Of The Apocalypse

Chapter 1: The Beginning

Hello and welcome to the story where me and my friends turn into demons for one reason. Demons have tormented many people, including us.

We tried to change everything about that...

Me, my friends, and cousin are done from getting tormented by these demons, so we get together and contact a demon for us.

"Are you sure this is safe Chris?" Sam said. "Yes I'm sure, what could go wrong?" I said.

"Here we go, hold on tight." Luke said.

We teleport to the underworld and see the demon. We walk up to him and we ask if we can get demon abilities to help us on our journey. He agreed but there was a catch.

"You have sold half you're soul to me for these abilities. Sean and Kathy, you two are Dark Demons, Luke and Chris, you two are Targeting Demons.  John you have unlocked your Flame demon abilities but you still have to sell your soul. Sam you're a Copy Demon." The demon said with a low voice.

"If you fail to kill the Demons that are in this world, your souls will be mine forever. Got that?" He said. "Come back to me when you finish off your demons.

"Yes, sir." We said.

"Woah, I never felt this strong." Sean said. "Wait, if we complete the quest, can we keep our demon abilities?" Luke asked. "Sure." He agreed

"Let's go fight my demon first." I said. "What's it's name?" John asked.

"I don't know yet, but its a demon for sure."

"Let's go back to the surface world and try to find him." Kathy said. "Alright, let's go." I said.

As soon as we teleport back to the surface world, Krystal was very worried for John. (John is her boyfriend) "I'm going to my school to pick up my bag I left. I'll be right back." Sam said.

As Sam left Luke decided to go outside to see if the weather was nice. "It feels great outside. Come on out guys." Luke said. "Hold on." I said. I look up and see everything looked beautiful.

Suddenly I see a sword in the air headed towards Krystal and as soon it was going to hit her, Luke immediately pushed her out of the way and he was struck.

"Luke, are you stupid or something?" I asked. "Yeup, *cough* I don't think I'm that stupid."

Luke coughs blood and gives his final breath...

"Get my soul back from that demon..." Luke said.
"No, please don't die on me!" I say while being heartbroken and tearing for Luke. "It should've been me."

"Come on, let's go bury him." Sean said while tearing too.

After Luke died we all stayed so we can move on instead of staying upset.

"Damn it, it should've been me," I said to Sean.

1 hour later...

After the burial we went to Krystal's house to train ourselves to kill the Demon killer. We trained hard and painfully that even John had 3 arm cramps. After training, we started looking up the Demon's name.

30 minutes in researching the demon killer...

"Ok, his name is... ZOZO, he believes he can kill all demons so he could be number one. He kills them one by one. Luke fell for his trap, that sword doesn't kill humans," said Kathy.

"I've read about him, he's incredibly strong and can kill us with no hesitation." I said.

"Well, we need to get our asses ready to fight him." Sean said.

"I'm gonna help you," said a voice so familiar.

"Well, well, well Sam, you finally show up after all we've been through. This would've never happened to Luke if you hadn't left." I said so furious.

"I went to school to get my bag but then I see a fight happen so I stayed and watched, I didn't know Luke would die."

"Well then, let's get started, we need to train and find out all of our abilities we received.

As we head to the underworld in Sean's Truck, a voice, a menacing one, says "Don't fight, let it go, you won't win."

"And why's that, take off the hood now." We all gasp as we see ZOZO right in front of us, grining at us like he knows we'll lose. I jump and attack, but it wasn't him, it was a duplicate, a copy.

"Damn it," I said so furious.

"Just stop and let's go train," said Sam.

We proceed to go train but we are interupted by a shadow figure that looked like Luke.

"Luke?" I said.

"Hey guys Luke is alive, he's right there." "That's not him Chris, THAT'S NOT HIM, RUN!"

The figure chases us till we're out of breath.

"Demon fire," I said and used on the figure.

"Dude, ZOZO is trying to stop us, the figures are not real," Sean said.

"Ok, fine let's go."

While we're in the underworld training. Our parents head toward us and try to talk to us.

"Don't go, you kids might not come back, you'll get us worried," Sean's dad said.

"If you guys are worried that we might not come back, it's ok, we'll be fine we'll bring Luke's soul back," Sean said.

"I won't let you go," said Satan.

"ZOZO may be strong but you kids won't defeat him." "Wait I thought..." "Yes, I had to cancel the hell and heaven meeting."

"Let us train then, we don't care, it's 6 against one," Sam said. "Yeah," we said.

"Still, your not going." "No, Luke was our friend, our cousin, I will not stand by to just letting him suffer in ZOZO's hands, so just let us train to bring him back and to FINISH ZOZO once and for all."

"Fine we'll let you but listen to this, we believe in you so don't let someone kill you or your comrades, now go on, go bring him back," Satan said.

"Good luck kids," out parents said.

"First let's drop off John and Krystal home," Kathy said.

We get in Sean's truck and then...

"LOOK OUT!"
