Brianna was going on 2 months old as Christmastime rolled around. And Emma was a doting big sister, she loved to help me with her whenever she could. With 2 kids under the age of 3 we had our hands full, but we wouldn't have traded in any one second of it.

As I packed the last of what we needed for our Holiday trip to Grandma's I prayed I'd be able to handle both of them in the car myself--Jon and the guys were in California for a their final show before Christmas.

Luckily for me, the girls behaved beautifully in the car and slept most of the way to Marlene's. after dropping them and our things off I headed to the airport with Allison and Evelyn to pick up Jordan and Jon--we ended up sitting and talking and having dinner as their flight was delayed for 2 ½ hours due to weather.

Evelyn got up at one point to stretch her legs and to check the board "looks like we got another hour or so to kill before the plane arrives she said "-its been delayed...again"

Allison and I grumbled and she went to call Marlene and let her know what was going on. We were soon joined by family members of the other "kids" Kay and Tommy Mcintyre, Betty and Bethany Wood, and Donnie's mom Alma and his bratty ass brother Mark. We all talked and laughed and told stories of Christmases gone by. Poor Evelyn seemed really uncomfortable-but , that was mainly because of Mark's relentless teasing her about liking Jordan.

"Mark Robert Michael Wahlberg-You knock it off right now young man!!" his mom said sternly- "that will be enough of that!"

Around 8pm I started getting sleepy, and put my head down on the table--the next thing I knew, Allison was waking me up telling me we were heading home as their flight ended up being cancelled all together.

As I groggily followed everyone to the parking lot, Mark quipped "aw too bad- ya can't knock boots with Donnie till tomorrow pretty mama." I glared at him and gave him a swift kick in the ass and his mother followed suit.

"You know damn well, I'm not involved with Donnie" I hissed under my breath "I'm a married woman" "that's not what he's been telling me" he said under his breath.

My blood boiled as I had to fight every urge in my body to keep from beating the living tar out of the little punk! I also made a mental note to clean Donnie's clock the next time I saw him.
