"She can't stay with me" My dad's younger brother, Mr Emmanuel said.
I could hear their conversation audibly from the room.

"That's not the case here!" Mr Bayo added. My dad's cousin.

"I went to see Tunde's lawyer." He started.
Hearing that name made my heart beat faster, I tried blinking my eyes twice to be sure that I wasn't dreaming. Tunde Elliot was my father,and my mother;
Remi Elliot.

"He said Tunde came to him three days before he died, saying he wants to make his will."
"And?" Mr Emmanuel asked.

"Well he said he willed all his properties to his daughter Rose" Mr Bayo said.

"What!!! All of his properties? Mr Emmanuel said, almost shouting.

"Yes" but he said that she isn't entitled to it till she's 20 and we all know she's 15 years old."Mr Bayo said.

"Let's discuss something better like where she'll stay than discussing about properties and all." Sister Tayo added.

Actually, Sister Tayo is the only person I like in my family; aside my parents though, she's accommodating. I'd love to stay with her.
Sister Tayo is my mother's only sibling, after they lost their parents to a fatal accident, long before I was born; I wasn't able to meet my maternal Grandparents till date.
"Well she can stay with me now" Mr Emmanuel said reluctantly.

"Haha, Mr Emmanuel. What's up with the change of mind, I thought you said she can't stay with you?" Sister Tayo said and she laughed.

"Well she's staying with me and that's final" Mr Emmanuel said.

"Y'all should at least let her decide" Mr Bayo added after a while of silence.

"Let's call her out then" Sister Tayo said.
Rose! Rose!!Rose!!!

It's been two weeks since my parents passed, Sister Tayo has been with me ever since in my house. Her husband must be very nice to have her stay with me in this house, since I refused to leave but she can't live here forever, she has kids too even if they attend a boarding school but nevertheless, she has to leave and I have to decide who I'm going with.

"yes Rose, you have to decide on who you're going to live with. Me, Mr Emmanuel or Sister Tayo?"
I'll have to go with Sister Tayo, she's nice.

"I'll gggooo wiiiiiitth Sis Sister Tttayo." I said stammering. I barely talked since the incident, so I was getting used to the silence.
"Ok my dear you won't regret this" sister Tayo said, happily.

"Ok then case closed"Mr Bayo added.
