"Well mother, we should be far away now." Finn says sitting next to me in the drivers seat
After failing yet again, now we must return to New Orleans: where we shall continue planning our family's demise.
"How far are we from New Orleans?"
"It'll take us until tomorrow morning."
"Then tonight we'll find a place to stay and continue the journey in the morning."
Upon our return to New Orleans we shall regroup with our family and begin planning our next step to the end of the cursed creatures I helped create: vampires.
"What do we do mother? Niklaus and the others will come after us, we'll be vulnerable from the moment of their presence."
"Davina will not let us down, also I've heard rumours of a little friend who'd be more than happy to help us bring Niklaus down."
Finn looks at me with surprise, what I've said must've given him some hope to our problem.
"For now we'll step back into the shadows, let them all enjoy their happiness, while it lasts."
"And when the time is right?"
"Let the fun begin."
I know exactly what to do now, and this time failure will be a thing of the past and nature will finally let me rest in peace at last.
