→ ROSE PLAYED A SONG on the record player and danced along to the beat. rose noticed jason was staring out the window.
"hey. earth to major tom. snap out of it." rose said. jason looked over his shoulder and turned around.
"batman teach you to dance?" rose asked.
"i don't dance." jason replied.
"come on. deathstroke messed with my head too. doesn't mean i can't dance," rose said, dancing over to jason.
"it's just like fighting." rose said, she grabbed jason's hand and lifted his arm up. she wrapped her arms around jason's neck. jason put his hands on her hip as they swayed together.
rose and jason kissed each other.
meanwhile, octavia walked down the halls again. she forgot to grab her pills from jason's room and she wanted to put them back in her room. octavia knocked on his door, opening it.
"jason, i forgot my—" octavia stopped. jason and rose pulled away from each other.
"shit." jason said softly.
octavia didn't say anything. she just turned and left the room. jason cursed softly and followed her.
"octavia! octavia, wait!" jason said, jogging up to her.
octavia turned around, stopping jason a few feet in front of her, "what?" octavia asked.
"i can explain." jason said.
"you and rose?" octavia asked, her voice breaking, tears welling in her eyes.
"it was just a kiss, octavia—"
"oh yeah! and us sleeping together meant absolutely nothing!" octavia shouted.
"maybe it does!" jason snapped. octavia was taken aback but his answer. she blinked, some tears falling from her eyes.
"what?" octavia asked softly.
"you heard me. maybe it did mean nothing. i mean come on, octavia! we've been doing it for months and you didn't seem to care—" octavia cut him off with a hard slap.
jason rubbed his cheek and looked back at octavia, "what the fu—"
"don't you dareever say that i never cared because i did!!" octavia yelled. jason widened his eyes at octavia.
