Honey I'm Home

Twice.

During the night Clarence's heart had stopped beating, twice. But, the doctors were able to save him both times. So now, whilst the Dun family, plus Tyler, were eating breakfast, Clarence was recovering from last nights events. Not fast, but still recovering nonetheless.

"This time, I really have to go home." Tyler said, his mouth full of waffles.

"Yeah. When is your meeting?" Josh asked.

"I think it's in the afternoon. I'm not sure." Tyler said, swallowing.

"When you get home, or the next time you see me, tell me about it." Josh stuffed his face with bacon.

"I don't see why I wouldn't have done that anyway." Tyler smiled.

"May I ask, but what's this meeting about?" Bill asked. In his case, curiosity killed the cat.

"My parents arranged a meeting between me and the princess of somewhere. I don't remember where." Tyler shrugged.

"Oh. Well have fun." Bill smiled.

"Thank you Mr.Dun." Tyler smiled back.

"Please, we've been over this, call me Bill." He chuckled.

"Right, sorry Mr-" Tyler stopped, "Bill." He said sheepishly.

After breakfast, Tyler decided he should probably go home. His parents were in a decent mood yesterday and there was no way he was going to stretch it.

Outside of Tyler's village gates, they stood to say goodbye.

"How do you think he's doing?" Tyler asked.

"Who?" Josh caressed Tyler's cheek, and his other arm made it's way around Tyler's waist.

"Clarence." Tyler said.

"I'm sure he's fine. Why are you asking about him?" Jealousy was laced in his voice.

"Because Josh, you almost killed the guy. The least I could do is worry. If you actually killed him, don't you have any idea on what would happen." Tyler laid his head on Josh's shoulder.

"It was self defense. He made the first move. You were there." Josh defended.

"Well yes. But...I don't know."

"He'll be fine. Don't worry about him. I didn't hurt him bad enough to actually kill him." Josh threaded his fingers through Tyler's hair.

"Alright. I should. I should get going now." Tyler sighed.

"Hey," Josh put his lips onto Tyler's, and passionately kissed him. And Tyler melted into his touch.

"Don't worry your pretty mind about that. I'll check on him when I get back, and I'll get the news to you as soon as possible. Is that okay?" Josh finished.

"Yeah. Thank you. I appreciate you." Tyler waved and started to walk home.

Before getting too far, he looked back to see Josh still there, and he blew him a kiss.

Josh laughed and started to walk away, but not before he "caught" Tyler's kiss.

Tyler reached his door and opened it very aggressively and yelled, "HONEY I'M HOME!"

so yeah. short chapter. but its been some time since i last updated, and i apologize. it was a busy week. i had a competition, i stayed at my friends house, there was a festival going on the whole weekend. i just didn't have time. hopefully updates with start to regulate by the time this week is over. if not i apologize in advance. if i cant get the regular 1000 word update in, ill try to get a short chapter in, just so you guys aren't waiting.
