Jishy The Fishy

-3rd P.O.V-

"And he didn't fight back, like at all?" Tyler said, shocked.

"No, he literally almost let me beat him into a pulp. Obviously, I stopped before it was severe. But...I..I think he was trying to make me look bad. He knew how I was going to react when he said those things. He even had the audacity to call you pretty boy. Which don't don't get me wrong, you are very pretty, beautiful even, but I want to be the only one calling you things like that." Josh pouted.

Tyler smiled at his little pouty face, and his overprotective side.

"Awe. Look at my Joshie being overprotective and stuff. Look at his cute wittle face." Tyler smooshed Josh's face, making him look like a fish.

"Your my little Jishy the fishy!" Tyler laughed.

Josh pulled away, "Do not ever call me that again. Not until I can think of something as ridiculous as," Josh paused, and scrunched his face up, "Jishy the fishy."

"Awhe, but I like that name. Ya, know what? I don't care, I'm gonna call you that anyway!" Tyler triumphed.

"Only when no one else is around. That is the only time you can call me that. Deal?" Josh raised his eyebrow.

Tyler nodded his head and smiled the biggest smile, "It's a deal."

Josh had to go into his training session for today, so Tyler was back in the Dun living room, reading a book. He lay comfortably on the couch, since only him and 2 others were there. Josh and Jordan had training, and Abbie and Ashley stayed at home, in their rooms.

He has always been a fast reader, so he was already half way through the book.

Suddenly a voice from behind him said, "That's a good one."

Tyler turned around to be faced with Ashley, "Hm?"

"The book. I've read it. It's one of my favorites." She pointed to the book in his hands.

"Oh. Yeah. My favorite character is Liam. He's bold, sassy, and a little sensitive. But still my favorite nonetheless." Tyler smiled.

"Yeah? My favorite is Arina. She's a natural leader, she's so sweet, and she seems like the best big sister to her siblings." Ashley nodded.

"What did you think of the first book?" Tyler asked.

"Oh my goodness, I loved it soo much!" Ashley squealed.

"Me too! It's my all time favorite!" Tyler agreed.

Tyler and Ashley talked like that until Josh and Jordan got home. The two hadn't even realized so much time had gone by, so into their conversation.

Tyler didn't see Josh come in until strong arms wrapped around his neck.

"Hey Ty." Josh welcomed.

"Hey Jishy." Tyler grinned mischievously.

Josh ignored the name, "What are you guys talking about?"

"Our favorite books." Ashley said

"Ew. Reading." Josh scrunched his face up.

Tyler slapped Josh's arm lightly, "Josh!"

He rolled his eyes, "What are they?"

"Running and Alpha Moretti!" Tyler smiled.

"I've heard of those before. Never read em' though." Josh said.

Tyler gasped, "That is unacceptable. You need to read these immediately or we can't be together."

"What? But I don't like reading." Josh pouted, trying his best to mimic his fish face earlier.

"No exceptions." Tyler smiled at Josh making his fishy face.

"How about instead of me reading it, you tell me all about it?" Josh proposed.

"Hmm....Okay!" Tyler smiled.

Halfway through telling Josh about the two books, Tyler fell asleep laying on Josh, and he didn't have the heart to wake him. It's been 3 hours since then. He just couldn't bother the beautifully sleeping boy.

"Josh, you have to wake him up at some point or he won't be able to sleep tonight." Bill whispered.

"I know. I guess I should do that right now. Or it'll be another 3 hours before I have the courage again." Josh said.

He tried shaking him ever so slightly, not wanting to bother him too much.

"Tyler, baby. Wake up. C'mon." Josh kissed his cheek.

"Mnmn." Tyler groaned.

"I know. I know. But I can't let you sleep any longer. It's already been 3 hours." Josh lulled.

"3 hours?" Tyler said with a raspy voice and rubbed his eyes open. He at the light, letting himself get use to it.

"Yeah, it's about 7:30 right now." Josh rubbed Tyler's back.

"Why didn't," Tyler yawned, "Why didn't you wake me up earlier?"

"Because you looked too peaceful." Josh smiled at him.

Tyler just hugged Josh's torso and closed his eyes again.

"Don't go back to sleep, I'll never be able to wake you up again." Josh played with Tyler's chocolate brown hair.

Tyler almost fell back asleep.

"What has gotten you so tired?" Josh was confused.

"I flew here. Your house is a fairly long distance from mine. So it takes up more energy than a short flight would." Tyler explained. He was still laying on Josh, too comfortable to move the slightest movement.

"Flying takes up energy?" Josh asked.

"Mhm. It's like walking. The longer you walk, the more energy is taken away from you. I can walk longer than I can fly though. I'm also one of the fastest fairies in my district. According to my last high school year. I don't run unless I absolutely have to though, I despise running." Tyler scrunched his face up at the mention of exercise.

"Well that's part of my training. We run like 5 laps across the lake. It doesn't take too long, and my energy is still high after running." Josh shrugged his shoulders.

"I have yet to see you as a wolf." Tyler said, bluntly.

"Yeah, I know." Josh answered.

"What do you look like?" He asked.

"Like a wolf. I don't know." Josh said.

"Will I ever get to see?" Tyler cocked his head to the right.

"Maybe one day." Josh nuzzled his face into Tyler's neck. That was his favorite thing to do.

Tyler giggled, and Josh thought it was heavenly.

"Your beautiful Tyler."

It was dinner and everyone was gathered around the dining room table. Everyone was conversing with each other about their days.

"Have you heard about Clarence?" Bill asked.

"No. What happened?" Josh asked, eating a carrot.

"He's been looking for Tyler. Says that they're dating."
