Every Single Dun

"He went rouge." The woman said very quietly, her voice shaking.

"Who went rouge? Josh? Who went rouge?" Tyler frantically asked.

"No. Cl-Clarence did." She whispered as of saying his name would make him appear.

"Oh god. Do you know where everyone went? Do you know where the Duns went?" Tyler tried to calm the lady down, but he started to panic himself.

"Everyone went in different ways trying to escape. He was killing everyone in his path." She brought her knees up to her chest and hugged herself.

"The Duns? What happened to the Duns?" Tyler asked again.

"They had to leave. They are in danger." She spoke so quickly and quietly. It was hard to know what she said.

"What do you mean they're in danger? Is Josh okay? Why are they in danger." He had so many questions, this woman wasn't telling him everything.

"He is going to kill them. He is going to kill every single Dun." She rose her head up and she had tears going down her face.

Tyler froze. He sat back and stared at the floor.

He was going to kill every single Dun.

Josh. Abby. Ashley. Jordan. Bill.

They were in danger.

Josh was gonna die.

Tears filled Tyler's eyes.
Josh had left. Tyler can't protect him.

He just sat there, he didn't have control over anything.

He had to look for Josh. He had to find the Duns.

So, he sat up off the floor and went to find the breath he was searching for.

"Get up. C'mon we don't have much time." Tyler demanded.

"Where are we going?" The woman didn't move.

"We're leaving and finding the Duns. Now get up. And let's go." Tyler went to the door, but the lady still didn't move.

"I don't think I stuttered. I said get up and let's go. Now." Tyler demanded again, this time more forceful.

"Pardon me, but I don't think we'll be able to find them. And if we do, we'll only find their bodies." The lady whispered.

"We will if you don't get up. Unless you'd like to stay here for Clarence to find you. If that's the case I won't mind leaving you." Tyler stormed off into another room and out the house.

"Wait! Wait! Please don't leave me here." She ran behind him.

"I won't. But you better get to moving." Tyler was practically running.

He didn't know where they were going, but even walking in a direction was a start.

It's been a day. Tyler has already written a letter to Josh. Hoping it would make its way to him. To inform him that he's being hunted. That is if he hasn't been caught already.

He learned that the woman's name is Hayley. She's Tyler's age. But he's older by 26 days. They had a lot more in common than Tyler would like to admit. He didn't like her when he found her in that house at first, she's growing on him though.

He and Hayley has went through 3 villages. And 2 cities. That's a lot considering it's only been a day and they're on foot, but they haven't stopped moving since they started. They haven't even slept. And each place is relatively close together.
