After the walk they went inside until it got dark and decided to go lay outside to stargaze.

"I enjoy times like this." Tyler sighed.

"Yeah?" Josh hummed.

"Yeah, just laying and enjoying nature. Not having to worry about the slightest thing. The peacefulness of everything. Especially when it's night you don't have to worry about people. Everyone just stays in their home and waits for another day to start. Well, everyone but me that is." Tyler closed his eyes.

"Ya wanna know something, stargazing is my favorite thing to do." Josh looked up at the starry sky.

"Just looking up, not really knowing or understanding what's out there. There could be anything, and we wouldn't know. And sometimes that's scary. Because if you don't know what's out there, you never know what to expect or how to prepare for whatever is coming. It's like being in the dark. You can't see what's in it, and you get scared, because anything could be in it, and you just wouldn't know because you can't see." Josh explained.

"I have never really thought about it like that. But you're right. And as long as you're with me, I'm not afraid of anything." Tyler cuddled closer to Josh's side.

They feel asleep laying on the grass in each others arms. They both had the best sleep they've had in a while.

———

"Hehehe." A quiet giggle was sounded. Tyler was a light sleeper, so he stirred.

He didn't really think much of it. Not until he was being drowned in water.

Both his and Josh's eyes shot open and the two sat up so quickly you would've thought they heard gunshots.

When Tyler's eyes opened, his eyes landed on the culprit, and saw it was Jay.

"JAY! WHAT WAS THAT FOR?" He screamed, forgetting Jay hated being yelled at.

Tears instantly flooded his eyes, and Tyler immediately rushed to apologize.

"No, wait, I'm sorry for yelling." Tyler wanted to hug him, but he was soaked and didn't want to get his baby brother wet.

"Jay, calm down. I'm sorry. Shh." He soothed, but Jay was still wailing.

"Hey, hey, it's alright, come here." Josh opened his arms and tried to calm down the upset child, because Tyler wasn't doing a good job at it.

Jay looked up at Josh, and sat in his lap. Jay was usually shy when it came to new people, so this action surprised Tyler.

Josh rubbed Jays back, and whispered soft soothing words until his cries died down.

And Tyler watched with his mouth open, "Wha, how did you?"

"You feelin better, Jay?" Josh asked, with a little smile.

Jay hummed and nodded his head. Josh turned his around to that he was looking outwards. When he saw Tyler he made a frowny face and crossed his arms.

"Jay, I said I was sorry." Tyler said.

"Tyty is a meanie." Jay stuck his tongue out.

"Yeah Tyty is a meanie." Josh mocked Jay's action, and stuck his tongue out as well.

"Nu uh. I wasn't the one who poured water all over some one. Now I have to go change." Tyler started to get up.

"Wait, but I need clothes too. I don't have any here though." Josh stopped him.

"You should've thought about that before calling me a meanie." This time Tyler was the one who stuck out their tongue.

"You could borrow some of mine, Joshie?" Jay said innocently.
