"Mission almost accomplished." Mick says, grabbing a bottle and drinking from it

"That bottle of Scotch was given to me by Rob Roy MacGregor in 1689." Rip says

"It's not half bad." Mick says

Brooklyn watches as he passes the bottle off to Sara

"We should be toasting to Savage's death." Sara says, drinking from the bottle

"Apart from celebrating murder, Savage still has Carter brainwashed." Stein says

"I don't know if you've been paying attention, Professor, but murdering Savage was always the plan." Snart says

Brooklyn pulls her hood up over her head and sinks back into her seat

"Besides, Carter reincarnates, which is more than I can say about us." Mick says

"As long as he's on board and breathing, Savage is a threat to everyone on this ship." Snart says

"So what, we just kill Savage and leave Carter a brainless drone?" Kendra asks

"Yes." Mick says

"Sorry we're late, but we found something." Ray says, walking in with Jax

"We've been running diagnostics on Ray's suit after his battle with Savage's Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robot." Jax says.

"The telemetry data included a comparative scan of the robot's tech." Ray says

"Amazing." Stein says. "This neuromorphic profile is astonishingly futuristic."

"Yeah, it's from 2166." Kendra says

"Well, that's the thing." Jax says. "It's not."

"This technology's light years more advanced than anything from 2166." Ray says

"Who cares?" Snart asks

"The Time Masters." Rip says. "They refused to take action against Savage because he didn't pose a threat to the timeline."

"But if he comes into possession of future technology..." Stein starts

"...It means he's been engaging in exactly the same manipulation of time that the Time Council were designed to prevent." Rip finishes

"So now they'll finally sign off on undoing all the damage Savage has done to the world." Sara says

"Last time I checked, the Time Council was at the edge of the timeline, and this bucket of bolts can barely hold it together as it is." Mick says

"Gideon, what's the status of the Time Drive?" Rip asks, taking the bottle and taking a swig

"Stable, Captain." Gideon answers

"Plot a course for the Vanishing Point." Rip says. "Tonight, Vandal Savage faces justice for his crimes."

Jax and Brooklyn are in the bathroom

Jax ties a hair tie around Brooklyn's messy braid

"Thanks." Brooklyn says from her kneeling position on the floor

"You're welcome." Jax says, rubbing her back

Brooklyn feels the braid

"Jeez." Brooklyn says, laughing slightly. "Thanks for trying is probably what I should say."

"Hey, woah, no hate." Jax says in defense, putting up his hands in surrender and laughing a little. "You asked me to get your hair out of your face, not to make it look good."
