Chapter 16

Jessica pov.

We walk into the sewers. As we are walking I get anxious to see leo. We walk into the lair and I see raph punching the dummy. Mikey walks over to the tv and starts watching it. I walk towards raph. "How's leo" I ask. "O he's doing ok. Donnie got 'em wrapped up ad stuff. He's in his room.". Raph says never looking away from punching the dummy. "Ok thanks." I say as I walk down the hall to Leo's room. I knock. "Come in" I hear leo say. I open the door and walk in. He is laying on his bed with wrap around his stomach. I shut the door behind me as I walk over to his bed. "Hey how are you feeling." I say. "Ok I guess." he says as he moves over a little so I can sit on the bed. I look at him. "Why did you save me, I mean you could have been killed." I say. He looks at me. "Because I love you and I don't know what I would do without you." he says. I think about that for awhile. He tries to sit up so he can be level with me. That only causes him to grimace and fall back down. "Hey just lay down." I say as I help him get settled. I see him starting to fall asleep because if Donnie's medicine that he gave him. I get up and leave when I get to the door without turning around I say "o and leo, thanks, for everything." As I walk out I hear him say something I made out as 'eny time' . I walk into my room and take out my phone and text April. She texts back and says that she'll be by the lair tomorrow morning. I check the clock and see that it's already 11 pm. And my phone is almost dead. After plugging up my phone and laying it on the dresser I walk down into the front room. I see mikey is already in his room and donnie is in his lab. I spot raph on the couch and go and sit on the other end of the couch. "Hey." he says finally breaking the awkward silence. "Hi what up" I say. "Well nothing really just watchin tv." he says motioning toward the tv. "Well that sounds fun." I say sarcastically. "Well do you wanna go skateboarding, or on patrol, personally I pick patrol but it's your choice." he says. Well I'm bored so at least I will have something to do. "Patrol" I say. "Well let's get goin" he says. and we walk out of the lair.
