Chapter 19

Jessica pov
I wake up in the morning and put on some jeans and a t-shirt. I brush my teeth and comb my hair. To top it off I put on some combat boots. I walk down the stairs and see leo is in Donnie's lab. I walk to the door. "hey guys what up." I say walking in. Donnie and leo look at me cause they diddnt see me come in. "hey Jess I'm getting my bandages off today." Leo says. Donnie told me that he would get it off today. "Cool." I say just as donnie takes it off. "All done, hmm it diddnt even leave a scar." donnie says. Leo stands up and walks over to me. "So wanna go topside." he asks. I nods my head yes and take his hand. I pull him out of the lair. Leo opens the manhole cover and I climb up. he follows and slides the cover back in place. Then it's off to rooftop jumping. My favorite part. As we are jumping I see something out of the corner of my eye. "Leo." I say to him. He stops and I run over to catch up to him. "I think we are being followed." I say. He takes out his swords and I stay behind him. I reach for my knife. its gone. Great. We stand ready for an attack. My mind is racing with questions. who is it. is it a friend or foe. can we beat it. Then snapping me out of my thoughts Kira jumps down in front of us. "Ugggg you again, has anyone ever told you that you are annoying." I say. Leo looks at me and smiles. Kira just stands there smirking. "Don't worry the shredder wants you alive." she says pointing at me. Then another girl jumps down. She has brown braided hair and armor like Kira's. "Who are you." I say. "O this is Bella, bella this is jessica." Kira says. "Hmm to bad master wants her alive I would love to kill her." bella says smiling and evil smile. I would be a little scared if I diddnt have leo beside me. The two psychos(aka bella and Kira) come charging at us with there weapons. I notice bella has a metal spear thing. Kira charges at me but leo jumps in front of me and takes her on. I'm glad because fighting her gets old, but I'm not so glad that I have to fight this new girl. Bella runs at me and I stand my ground. I'm weapon less. leo notices and tosses me a knife. "thanks" I say catching it. He nodds and turns his attention back to kira. Bella kicks at me and I dodge. She slashes her spear and stabs every chance she gets. I'm lucky I dodged and blocked them all or I would be a gonner. Then both of them jump back and stand a few feet in front of me. Leo runs over and stands by me. He seems uninjured. But unfortunately Kira and bella are uninjured also. "Bye" Kira says and throws a smoke bomb. After the dust clears and I finish coughing, I look around. there gone.
