TW: Alcohol/drinking mention, summary at bottom of update.

*Next Morning*

You woke up to somebody banging on your front door and Mic passed out in a frankly concerning position on the opposite side of your couch.

Your mouth was dry and there was a dull ache pulsing against your temples as you pushed yourself off the couch towards the door. As you neared the front door, you heard the person on the other side's voice and froze.

It was Aizawa.

"Hizashi, you better be fucking kidnapped or something right now. Because if not, I'm gonna kill you."

How the fuck does he know where Mic is? Did Mic tell him he was coming over last night? I don't think he'd give Aizawa my address though after everything that's happened.

"Somebody better open this door in the next minute and start giving me answers or I'm taking it off it's hinges."

You found your feet a second later and quickly walked to the door. You plastered what you hoped was a neutral expression on your face before opening it, "What are you doing here, Aizawa?"

Aizawa's eyes opened wide in surprise before his face shifted to concerned confusion, "I was looking for Mic, he missed his first class which isn't like him. We share our locations on our phones with each other, so I tracked it back here. What are —why are you here Y/N?"

"I live here."

"...I see." Aizawa frowned as he leaned against your doorframe, "So Mic stayed the night then."

"Before you get any weird ideas, it wasn't like that. He was pretty drunk and I wasn't about to let him go wander off by himself at night like that." You deadpanned.

"He was drinking?" Aizawa asked sounding surprised.

"Yea... does he not usually drink?"

"No, he likes drinking— especially with others— but he almost never does due to the fact that the idiot chooses to juggle three full-time jobs."

You glanced behind you at the disheveled blonde. He had shifted on your couch again to where he was laying upside down with his legs jutting up into the air.

I guess he needed last night as much as I did...

"I'll go wake him up for you," you offered before awkwardly adding, "you can come in if you want." Aizawa moved as if to pull away from the doorframe, but stopped himself.

You frowned as you looked him over.

You hadn't noticed it at first, but he was in worse shape than usual. He was paler and covered in a thin sheen of sweat. He was shaking slightly as he discreetly used the door frame for support.

"Aizawa, what's wrong? You don't look too good."

Aizawa visibly began struggling to keep from shaking as he spoke, "I'm fine. Just go wake up the idiot so we can possibly make it back in time for the third class."

You crossed your arms over your chest and gave him a dubious look, "If that's the case, then you should no issue getting off my doorframe for me then."

Aizawa scowled weakly at you, "What does it matter to you if I'm sick? Just wake him up so I can get out of here."

"I'm not that big of a bitch, of course I'd be worried that you're sick." You said before walking over to him and offering him your hand.

"What are you..."

You interrupted him, "Look, I'm not about to let you leave here, just so you can potentially collapse trying to get back to the school. You and Mic are gonna stay here until you guys are at least a little better."

Aizawa opened his mouth to argue, but then sighed, "You're not going to change your mind about this, are you?"

"Not a chance."

Aizawa grumbled something under his breath about this being a waste of time, but reluctantly took your hand. He leaned against you for support as he let you guide him into the apartment.

Aizawa gave a questioning glance at nearly empty bottle that had been discarded on the floor in front of the couch, "So what did you and Mic end up doing last night?"

You snorted faintly as you recalled last night, "We just talked mostly."

"What about?"

"Anything and everything really, his jobs, U.A., my work with the daycare, you and how the two of you met, and a lot of other stuff. He gave me some advice, and a lot to think about later."

Aizawa nodded as if he had expected the answer, "Yea, that sounds like Mic. If there's one thing the man's good at, it's definitely talking and getting people to open up to him."

"You can say that again." You laughed softly. You led Aizawa towards your room in the back, "If you kick off your shoes, you can sleep in my bed. I should have a sleeping shirt your size if you'd prefer to sleep in that instead of your day clothes."

Aizawa hesitated before saying, "Thanks."

"No problem," You pulled the gray shirt from your dresser and sat it on the bed beside him, "Now get some sleep."

You left the room, quietly shutting the door behind you and made your way to the kitchen to fix yourself breakfast.

Summary: Y/N wakes up hungover and finds Aizawa banging at her front door looking for Mic because he missed the first class of the day. Y/N realizes Aizawa is sick and makes him stay to get some rest. It's awkward, but the two of you find a bit of common ground as you talk about Mic who sleeps through the entirety of the update on the couch.
