"Lemme tell you something, Chrome. At this rate, you're one of the people 10 billion percent sure to be killed by Tsukasa. Your only choice is to join my Kingdom of Science. It truly is an amazing Kingdom. Right Miku?" Senku says.

Miku nods her head, "You just want the storehouse don't you."

"Well it does have materials we could use. And surely Chrome would want to give this to the Kingdom of Science," Senku says while climbing a ladder up to the storehouse.

"Like Hell I will numbnuts! Get your ass down!!" Chrome yells out. He thinks for a moment, 'CRAP!! This is so lame!! But there's no way I can back down from this. Even if it kills me.'

"FINE!! Then I challenge you to one final duel!! Face me one on one! If you lose you'll kneel before me and apologize and then never again set foot in this village! And if you win then I'll give you everything! Both myself and the storehouse!!" Chrome yells out.

"That's a lot to gamble with," Miku says.

"Which is why you're going to duel with him," Senku says while pushing Miku towards Chrome.

"Hey I'm challenging you Senku not her," Chrome complains.

"It seemed to me that you were challenging the Kingdom of science. Miku is also part of the Kingdom. Therefore you will duel with her," Senku states.

"Yeah and wants wrong with dueling a girl," Miku says with her hands on her hips. Miku looks over at Senku and whispers, "You really think I can do it?"

Senku pats her head and whispers back, "I have faith in your abilities Miku. I never meet a girl like you that was well rounded. You'll do just fine."

Miku blushes and looks away from him, 'Damn that boy makes it hard not to fall for him.'

"Fine then. I've never once in my entire life lost to anyone at this! Now fight me with arithmetic!!" Chrome yells out.

Poor Chrome never had a chance.

Senku and Miku climbed up to the storehouse and they were like kids at a candy store. Well Senku more than Miku.

Chrome and Senku went off in a rant about the different types of rocks while Kohaku looks at them unimpressed.

"Suddenly I can hardly tell the two of them apart. Are rocks really worth getting that worked up over?" Kohaku says.

"Hahah I think Senku is more excited about what we can now do with the materials. In our time we could just go to my dad's science lab and pick out materials to experiment with. Now we have to dig up the materials to make cool gadgets," Miku explains.

"Well have fun with those two. I'm going to go and deliver the hot water to my sister," Kohaku says.

The girls say their goodbyes and Kohaku goes off towards the village. Miku looks over and sees Senku grab some materials and exit the storehouse. 'What is he doing now?' Miku thinks while following the boy. Miku just watches Senku make Kinrou's spear gold. Well coated in gold dust.

Kinrou was not so easily fooled. He knew Senku was trying to win him over but keep the gold spear anyways.

"Well that's one down I guess," Miku says while Chrome and Senku celebrate.

Senku, Miku, and Chrome all went back to the storehouse. Senku and Miku noticing that there were plants and herbs. Chrome explained why he became a sorcerer and it was to help Ruri and cure her illness. Chrome then asked Miku and Senku if there was any science that could save Ruri.

"Well there are different types of cures for different illnesses so we would have to see her to know what type of illness she has. Even if it's an illness we know finding the materials and making the cure will take time," Miku explained.

Senku agreed and went on to explain to Chrome what the world was like 3,700 years ago. It wasn't long until Chrome started to cry.

"Why are you crying Chrome," Miku asked concerned.

"Yeah that's so out of character for you? Your emotions busted?" Senku asked only to get elbowed by Miku.

"I'm not crying! No I am! I'm bawling my eyes out! Who's the person that was behind that petrification?! If I find him, I'll murder him!! Doesn't it eat you up inside!? What my human ancestors spent millions of years slowly building up that insane absolutely crazy scientific civilization!! In an instant, it was all completely wiped out!! How could it not just tears me up inside?!" Chrome exclaims.

"Kukuku it wasn't completely wiped out moron. In fact it's still well and intact," Senku says.

"Where?!" Chrome asks.

"Right now the humanity of 2,000,000 years ago, every last bit of it is in us right here," Senku says while pointing to his head and placing a hand on Miku's head. Miku looks at Senku and smiles.
