I sat there on the curb not knowing how to react. I loved Tom but Alex he was safe, stable...but Tom, he was unpredictable and that's what I loved about him.

I wiped my tears away when I saw someone walk up to me. I looked at the person and sighed when I saw it was Alex.

"There you are." He smiled as he sat next to me.

"What are you doing here? I thought you had to go to work?" I said with a tiny sniffle.

"I did but-" he looked at me confused "hey are you okay? What's wrong?"

I shook my head "I have a lot on my plate right now."

"You can talk to me." He said as he grabbed my hand.

"Alex...I don't think we can see each other anymore..." I sighed

He slowly let go "w-what?"

I looked at him and started to cry more "You are the most amazing guy, you're stable and-and kind and funny, but...I'm in love with someone else and I can't keep doing this to you."

"I see..." he said looking down "does this guy love you back?"

I shook my head "I have no idea..."

"You should talk to him. If you say you love him why don't you fight for him..."

"Alex you don't have to-"

"No, just because you don't...love..me doesn't mean I don't. I want you to be happy and if this guy makes you happy you have to fight for him."

I laughed "Alex you are too good to me. You deserve someone so much better than me. I'm so sorry."

He nodded "Don't be sorry, it's not your fault you don't love me. But if you don't tell this guy how you feel soon I'm going to be pretty upset that you dumped me for nothing."

I kissed his cheek "You're such a great guy and if this guy wasn't such a big part of my life, I would have married you in a heart beat but-"

"He is in your life...I get it. It's okay." Alex got a phone call and smiled at me "I have to take this. I'll see you...maybe. I don't know." He said as he walked away.

I sighed, it's true if Tom wasn't in my life I would have married Alex the minute I saw him but...Tom I love him and I can't get over it.

I wiped my tears away and stood up as I straightened my clothes. I was about to open the back door when someone quickly opened it, shut it and locked it.

"There you are." Tom said trying to catch his breath. "I couldn't get this girls off of me."

"It's fine." I said as I crossed my arms and looked down.

"No it's not fine. (Y/n) I'm in love with you and I know you're dating that guy, who you don't love, but I just had to tell you and I want to be with you. That's why I came here in the first place."

"Really?"

"Yes, my mom told me about this place while i was filming a movie and I couldn't get back here for a few months. I tried everything, every excuse I could find but they wouldn't let me go. But I'm here now. And I didn't want to say anything because of your boyfriend but I don't care. I had to tell you..." he started to breathe heavy "I'll go now."

He was about to walk away but I grabbed his hand

"Wait...I love you too."

"Oh my gosh." He said with a smile as he kissed me as hard as he could. He grabbed my waist tightly and I held onto him for dear life.

He broke the kiss and looked at me "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have..."

"I'm not." I said as I kissed him again as I ran my fingers through his hair.

"What about your boyfriend?" He said pushing away.

"We broke up."

"What? When?"

"Like two minutes before you came back here. I'll tell you about it later." I said as I pulled on his shirt collar and kissed him again.

"I have been waiting five years for this moment." He smiled

"Was it worth the wait?"

"So worth it." He said as he kissed me again.
