Request: I want one where he comes home late every night and I think that he's working but he's actually cheating.

Every night I sit in this apartment I share with Tom alone waiting for him to come back home so we can watch movies and eat ice cream but every night he comes home super late because of work.

"Hey uh darling I was just wondering when you will be back. Just uh call me back whenever you can. I know how busy filming Infinity War must be. Alright uh I love you." I said into the phone and put it down.

I decided to take a bath and then drink some tea before heading to bed. I drank my tea on the couch and decided that enough is enough. I got up got dressed and decided to take a late night stroll through downtown Atlanta.

I walked out of the apartment and into the cold night. The lights were so pretty and I saw a coffee shop open even though it was almost 11:00 at night. I walked in and smelt the coffee roasting and smiled.

"Hi can I have a mocha and a chocolate muffin?" I asked the man at the counter.

"Sure thing. That will be $6.50." He said with a smile even though you could tell he was tired by the bags under his eyes.

I sat down and waited till they called my name.

"(Y/n)!?" He said like I wasn't the only one in here.

I walked up to the counter and grabbed my food and when I turned around I saw Tom walking on the other side of the street but not by himself, he was with a girl. Is he cheating on me?

I shook the thoughts away because I know how much Tom loved me. Or so I thought.

He hugged the mysterious woman and then kissed her on the lips passionately. I started to cry tears of anger not understanding why he would do this to me. All I ever did was give him love and he goes and cheats on me.

I walked out of the coffee shop when I saw she was out of sight. I walked up to him and he was shocked

"(Y/n) what are you doing out this late?"

"No, Tom what are you doing with-with a girl!?"

He looked at my face and saw my nose was red from crying and the tears stained on my face from the little light coming from a street light.

"I- I can explain!"

"No Tom you can't. You kissed her..."

"(Y/n) please don't do this." He said almost crying

"You cheated on me. You told me you were working! And you want me to forgive you?"

"I don't want to loose you."

"Well too late. You lost me the minute you started seeing that girl. Even if I or you didn't know it. You lost me when you first saw her." I said and started to walk away.

He grabbed my elbow

"(Y/n) wait! Wait! I love you."

"If you loved me you wouldn't have cheated on me." I said as I yanked my elbow out of his hands.

"Goodbye Tom, I hope you are happy with her." I clutched my purse and my coffee and muffin and started to walk back to my apartment.

I never understood why he cheated on me nor will I ever but after that moment I realized he didn't deserve me and I was worth more than what he thought I was worth. I wish it could've been different but you can't change the past no matter how badly you want to...

So that was pretty sad because I don't want to make him out to be the bad guy because I love him but I hope you enjoyed it! And also I saw Infinity War...it was pretty great. - Madi ❤️
