Letting out a frustrated sigh, Y/n quickly replied back, letting Dinah know she missed her a whole fucken lot, before exiting out of the app. She needed to write her feelings down, and knew exactly how to do it.
For three months, Dinah's been on tour, and even though that so fucken amazing, neither her or Dinah have been away from each other for that long. And yes, texting and calling can help, but it doesn't help with wanting to hold or kiss them, and Dinah gives some dynamite kisses.
So, like most singer's who usually miss someone, Y/n wrote a sappy song. But hey, she's a writer, it's what she does. She sat at her piano, humming out the tune and slowly getting the notes together, before quickly scribbling down the words that she'd know would work, before singing it over. Oh yea, it's good. Even though she wanted to send it to Dinah, she couldn't. At least, not yet, not till after her shows over.
So she patiently waited, passing her time by writing some more or playing on her phone. But when that time came, and that phone call came through, Y/n quickly picked up, melting at her girlfriends voice.
"Hey boo thang." Y/n chuckled, rolling her eyes, but loving the nickname.
"Hi my love. So before we talk, I wanna play you somethin'. After your tweet, it gave me inspiration and this came from it so enjoy." She put the phone on loud speaker, setting it on her piano, then taking a deep breath and closing her eyes.

After she finished, silence came from the phome, and Y/n actually thought she lost the call or something, but when she heard soft sniffles, she realized Dinah was crying, making her feel horrible. "Baby no, don't cry. I'm sorry my love."
"No, I loved it. You're a beautiful singer baby girl, your voice is so angel like. I love you so fucken much, and I miss you so much. But I'll try and be home sooner cause this distance and that song makes it worse. You're coming on my next tour, I don't care what anyone says, you're coming with."
Both women giggle, then start talking, which lasts for a while, until a yawn was heard. "Sleep baby girl." Dinah whispers, but a whine left Y/n's lips.
"I wanna talk to you.." she mutters, but Dinah tells her they can talk more tomorrow, wanting Y/n rested up.
"I love you baby, and a beautiful lullaby.." Dinah whispers, a giggle comes from Y/n's lips, before whispering that she loved Dinah and to sleep tight. After blowing some kisses, Y/n plugs her phone in before turning over, humming the lullaby to herself and falling asleep.
