The two women looked at each other before looking out into the canyon. "Are you ladies ready?" The instructor asks, looking between the two women.
Y/n let out a scared laugh and shook her head. "Fuck, no." Mila looked at her wife, a worried look in her eyes.
"You don't have to do this babe." Mila assured, but Y/n shook her head.
"You're doing this, so I'm doing it too." Mila smiled and grabbed hold of her wife's hand. "Tell the girls I love them.." Mila rolls her eyes at her wife, before gently squeezing her hand.
"On the count of three. One.."
Y/n closes her eyes and squeezes her wife's hand tighter.
"Two..."
She lets out a whimper, biting her lip.
"Three!" Both instructors give the ladies a push, wind rushing through their hair as they fall, Y/n screams echo off the canyons.
Once safely on the ground, Y/n sits on the riverbed rock, not able to stand without shaking. "You okay?"
"No. My fucken life flashed before my eyes and I'm shaking... why the fuck did we do this?"
"To be more adventurous."
"Then we're hiking next time..." Y/n stands, and even though she's still shaky, she's able to walk. The wives walk to their car, holding hands and quietly thinking of what to do next.

"Now this... this is fucken fun!" Y/n opens up the door to the indoor go karting raceway, smiling as she looks around the huge warehouse. Mila chuckles, wrapping her arm around Y/n's arm and kissing her cheek.
"It is, but, I hope you're ass is ready to lose!" Y/n rolls her eyes and smirks.
"We'll see." Y/n walks up to an employee and soon, both Mila and Y/n are in small racecars at the starting line. The rules are explained to them, and then they wait for the light to turn, and once it turns green, they take off like rockets.
Mila shoots off first, getting a good length in front of Y/n, but when she looks back, she nearly runs into the wall, causing her to step in her breaks and letting Y/n pass by as she laughs.
Even though it's seconds that she's down, it costs her the race. But they go 2 out of 3 and the next race Mila does win.
"Last race, if you win, I'll let you pick the next adventure. I win, we're laying in bed and the kids are gonna go to my moms for the rest of the week."
"Deal."

"Even though I lost, you look so sexy naked..." Mila commented as she walked back into their bedroom carrying two bowls of ice cream. Y/n had the sheet loosely around her stomach, the top part of her naked as she scrolled through the tv channels.
Y/n gives her wife a smug smile, before looking at her phone and texting her mom.
"Asking mom if she could keep the girls one more day."
"I love out adventure-es-ness."
"Right, we can do spontaneous next week." The two women laugh before cuddling each other and watching tv.
