The door was closed to the head doctors office, but that didn't mean she couldn't disturb her. Y/n knocked on the office door, peeking her head through the door, a small smile on her face. Kendall smiled and waved the doctor in, standing up and pulling her in for a kiss. "Hi baby." Y/n smiled and pulled Kendall in for a deeper kiss, that had them moaning. But, all good things must come to an end, and Kendall pulled away, which earned her a pout.
"Come over tonight?" Y/n frowned, opening her mouth, before closing it. "Baby, it's just my family..." Kendall said softly, but Y/n scoffed.
"Yea, a famous family that has camera's following them around 24/7 and I'm so glad they can't come here."
"Who cares about them Y/n, it's just you and I that should matter. Fucks sake, we've been together, in secret for nearly two years and I'm getting really tired of hiding you, hiding us. Even my family keeps asking when they're gonna see you. Are you ashamed of me?"
"God no! You are amazing and incredible Kenny..."
"Then why hide?"
"I'm scared of what people will think." She says softly, but Kendall wraps her arms around her girlfriend's waist.
"No matter what, there's some racist, homophobic asshole out there that will hate us. But who cares, we might lose a few clients, but we still have a lot of others, and some even rooting for us to get together. You should see how many of the nurses and other doctors have a bet going on when we get together. We don't need to hide. Forget that my family's famous, it doesn't matter what's going on between us. It's only peoples business if we show them or tell them, otherwise, they can fuck off. Let me show the world how happy you make me." Y/n is speechless at the speech, but knew Kendall had a point, why hide anymore.
"What am I suppose to do with my car, I'm not leaving it here overnight." She says softly, Kendall's face lighting up with a smile. Y/n lets out a squeak when Kendall pulls her in for a kiss, but it doesn't last long when there's a knock at the door.
"Just meet me here after work, okay?" Y/n nods and kisses her cheeks quickly before walking to the door, and opening it.
"Dr. Cooper need your help Y/n, that little girl is back and won't calm down for anyone. And your sisters are here Dr. Jenner."
"Oh God..." Kendall mutters with a sigh.
"Thank you Liz." The nurse sends Y/n a smirk and a wink, Y/n smacking her arm that leaves the nurse laughing.
"Talk to you later." Kendall sends her a wink as Y/n leaves. Tonight couldn't come fast enough for her.

It was later than what they expected, but now the office was closed and the two women were ready to go home. Y/n followed Kendall towards her mom's house, and the whole way, she was thinking, all she had to do was flip a U-turn and go back home, but she couldn't and wouldn't back out.
Y/n parked beside Kendall, and took a deep breath. She was ready for this, she could do this. Kendall helped her out of the car, holding her hand as they walked up to the door.
"How do you wanna tell them?" Y/n's eyes widen, pulling away from Kendall.
"Why do I have to chose? You chose!" Kendall laughs as she opens the door, earning a pout from her girlfriend. "Asshole.." she mutters, before smiling at the sisters that were already walking towards them.
"Y/n!" Kylie hugs her first, wrapping her arms around the doctor and hugging her tightly. Y/n chuckles and kisses the younger woman's cheek, before being flanked by Kourtney and Khloe who wrap her up in a side hug.
"Hi loves."
"Y/n and I are dating!" Kendall yells, causing the three woman in front of her to jump, and the cameras to immediately turn her way.
"I thought we would tell them cutely! Like cuddle or you kissing my cheek! Blurt it to the cameras face why don't you." As if the cameraman was waiting for permission, he walks up to the couple and waits for Kendall to say it again, but Y/n pushes him away. "Asshole." She tells the cameraman, who chuckles behind the camera.
"For how long have you two been dating?"
Y/n gave the girls sheepish looks. "Two years..."
"Two years?!"
"Why didn't you tell us sooner?"
"It was me, I was worried what people would think. But all that matters, is Kendall." Kendall giggles cutely and wraps her arms around her girlfriend's waist, pulling her close and kissing her softly.
"Aww, so cute!"
"Any closer to her becoming sister-in-law Kenny?" Both women blush at Kylie's knowing smirk, while the other two sisters laugh.
"Eventually, but not right now. But I'm hungry, so let's eat." Kendall pulled Y/n towards the kitchen while the sisters laugh.
"Good dodge!" Kendall and Y/n share a quick peck before getting their plates and filling them up. Even though it didn't matter, thankfully the family loved that they were together and 100% fully approved.
