Kylie was in love. Anyone could see it. Kylie was literally the epitome of 'heart eyes'. And when she talked about her, the smile that came to her face and the brightness that shined in her eyes, yea, she was totally smitten and people knew that any time Kylie might just pop the question. And for that, the family was nervous. Kylie really wanted to marry a person like her? She would very much be homeless if Kylie hadn't taken pitty on her and her small daughter. And besides, they knew their sister could do much better than Y/n. They even tried setting her up with a few people, but it never worked out.
But what the family didn't know, what nobody knew, was Kylie already had asked Y/n to marry her, and very eagerly started the adoption papers on little Cheryl. Even though the three-year-old barely knew what was going on, she knew Kylie was now gonna be her momma and Stormi was gonna be her little sister.
But the newly made family didn't know drama was coming. Drama named Travis. That asshole ruined their little bubble and now articles upon articles were coming out with horrible rumors. Both Y/n and Kylie were fuming and Kylie talked about wanting to sue Travis, but Y/n just shook her head, and told her he wasn't worth it. And Y/n was right, he wasn't, because they had bigger issues to worry about. Kylie's family now knew, and while Y/n was worried, Kylie was stern. She wasn't leaving Y/n, and she sure as hell wasn't abandoning that little girl. Fuck what her family thought.
Of course, Kris was the first one to start saying things. Calling Y/n a gold digger and her daughter a little monster which pissed Y/n off beyond belief. Y/n quickly fired back, calling Kris a mother who never cared since she was letting her two youngest children go out with much older men who already had one or more kids. That her kids never wanted her as a manager and all she wanted was money and to be rich, hell even pocketed the 'rise and shine' profits from the sweatshirts and then had Kylie copyright the saying.
Kylie was shocked Y/n had back talked to her mom, but didn't really care for it. It was mostly true. "If you go through with this marriage, don't expect anything from us." Kris stated, thinking that it might stop Kylie, but it only makes her laugh.
"Don't worry. I have my family right here." Kylie replied with a smirk, her arm wrapping around Y/n's waist. Kris looked over the small family before storming out, the door slamming shut, causing both Stormi and Cheryl to jump and burst out crying.
"You are my family Y/n, you and Cheryl." Y/n gives Kylie a small smile, before pulling her fiancée in for a sweet kiss.
"I love you and our family."
Even though Kris said what she did and stormed out, both women knew it wasn't over, ready for Kendall, Kim, Khloe and Kourtney to come talk to them. But their minds will never change.
