you can always lean on me

i don't mind if you fall asleep

ill play with your hair and kiss your cheek

hold my hand in the dead of night

i don't mind if you squeeze too tight

because anything you do just feels right

and ill be here with you until it ends

no matter what you do, you're my best friend

and like sunlight to a flower when it's about to die

you found me and you brightened up my life

my eyes used to be so dull

but now with light they're full

and with you, now even silence is comfortable

i don't know how happened, but

i was down and you picked me up

out of the deep, dark, painful rut

yeah before you, i was stuck

and ill be here with you until it ends
