"Je t'ai dit que je pouvais parler français." Denki winked in the rear view mirror as he whipped around a curve too fast, slamming Katuski into Mina. "Oops, sorry guys." He beamed, enunciating in heavily accented English.

"Why is your French so much better?" Hanta grinned, wincing from the quick slap that darted over the center console.

"You should be praising your talented boyfriend!" Denki glowered, eyes moving back to the rearview mirror before darting to the road. "So, how 'bout it Blasty?"

"How about what, Dunceface?" Katsuki growled, still adjusting himself when they rocketed over a pothole. "Jesus fuck, can't you fucking drive?!"

"Introduce me to your French cousins, please?" Denki whined. "Please, please?"

"French cousins?" Mina's eyes widened, twisting in her seat, crossing her legs to face him, back pressed against the door. "You never mentioned-"

"I didn't hear about this either." Hanta twisted around.

"Oh fuckssake." Katsuki buried his face, sighing heavily. "I have two half-French cousins." He held up his fingers. "Aoyama and Camie. They're still half Japanese you idiots." Annoyed he flipped through his phone, holding up a picture, blushing angrily at the whistles.

"Hot damn, I guess good looks is a family thing." Mina plucked the phone out of his hands. "On your moms side?" She tilted her head, finger pressed to her lip. "I'm only asking because of the-"

"Blond, yeah." Katsuki snipped, hand flat and grabbing. Give it back. "No, actually. My dad's side."

"Aoyama has beautiful eyes." Mina pinched at the screen. "Holy shit, purple? Whoa."

"Oh my God, are you falling in love?" Denki teased. "Le coup de foudre."

"Shut up, Denki." Mina passed Katuski's phone off to Hanta, ignoring Katsuki's growl and reaching fingers. "Party trick is getting old. I don't fall in love. I'm just-"

"His eyes really are purple, she's not exaggerating."

"What? No." Denki craned over, "Let me see-"

"Denki! Keep your eyes on the road!" Mina screeched, diving over the seat to grab the steering wheel as Denki slammed on the brakes.

The whole car slid as gravel churned and spat. Tires burning, hot rubber stinking up the car as the All-in-One approached dangerously fast. Voices rose as bodies tensed, hands and emotions braced till the vehicle stopped.

Silence as the dust settled.

"Oops?" Denki shrunk in the driver's seat, shrugging sheepishly.

"Oh my God." Mina heaved a sigh, falling numbly back in her seat. "Katsuki would you mind grabbing the red head?" An arm rose and fell like jello. "I'm not sure I can walk right now."

Denki nodded. "I-"

"Me either." Hanta seconded, peeling himself off the dashboard, wincing and rubbing his spine, handing the cellphone through the headrest gap.

"That's what you assholes get for being fucking dumb." Katsuki growled, unbuckling. "You sit right. You don't steal-" he snatched his phone back, "people's phones. You don't unbuckle. Watch the road. Idiots!"

Denki chuckled. "God you're pissed."

"You almost wrecked you fucking idiot!" Angrily Katsuki kicked the door open, glaring back at Denki as it bounced against the wooden support beam of the porch, slamming the door shut.
