Blue Petals (Hosuh x Reader)

"I recognize you from (y/n) pictures I'm Ruby." A short person with dark brown hair and black eyes and darker tan skin that is common to Hawaii natives,holding a blonde little girl with bright blue eyes.

"Stephen. It's nice to finally meet you... well not under these circumstances." I sigh shaking Ruby's hand.

"Do you... know what happened?" They ask softly.

"Yeah... do you?" I nod.

"Hanahaki right? I've known for a while... it always hurt to know that (y/n) loved someone else more than me... I actually had the disease too, for (y/n) I'm lucky they actually did love me." Ruby explains in their soft tone.

"I'm sorry you had to go through that... but doctors are saying that they are gone. Unless there's a heart donor. One of the thorns pierced their heart." I explain as Ruby comforts the sleeping girl in their arms.

"Hold Sapphire please. I need to talk to the doctors." Ruby thrusts the blonde girl into my arms suddenly after a few minutes of silence. I awkwardly hold her as ruby hurried off.

"Uh Stephen why are you holding a child?" Hosuh asks coming back with red eyes and food for us.

"It's (y/n)'s daughter. Ruby came here and suddenly left."

"Oh. So this is Sapphire then." Hosuh sadly smiles.

"Yup... Hosuh why didn't you tell (y/n) that you loved them?"

"Because they have ruby and Sapphire... I was going to until I learned about them... and they seemed happy and I didn't want to ruin that." Hosuh sighed.

"Hosuh... (y/n) had Hanahaki.... they are in this situation because they loved you... do you know how hard it was to not telling either of you about the others feelings?" I shake with anger.

"They... oh gosh... why didn't you just say something?" Hosuh looks at me with betrayal in his eyes.

"It wasn't my place to. And if I told you you wouldn't have believed me anyways... but I watched you two pining over each other for five years... you had your chance before they left and now they are almost dead! You killed them Hosuh. You have blood on your hands." I hiss with anger filled tears in my eyes? Hosuh sits on the floor in the corner and starts crying extremely hard.
