The Birth Of Glacia

“Ok just calm down aqua I’m sure there’s a perfectly explainable reason for why I look like this” I said trying to reassure myself and let me tell you what it wasn’t working.

There was a knock at my door and I frantically turned on the shower.

“Aqua are you awake? It’s me deidara”

“Crap what do I do?” I quickly walked over to the door and swung it open. I saw deidara looking at me like I had just grown another head so I pulled him in my room and closed the door behind him.

“Aqua what happened?”

“I don’t know!” I started to pace witch caused my tail to swish back and forth.

“Ok um was it something you ate?”

“Are you freaking kidding me unless I ate something radioactive!” I said looking wildly at him.

“Aqua calm down we will figure this out” deidara said grabbing me by the shoulders to stop me from pacing a hole in the floor.

“Ok your right I’m sorry I just want to know how this happened”

“Well on the bright side your tail and ears are cute” he said with a smile.

I just glared at him.

“How can you say that when I’m freaking out here”

He was about to answer me when I suddenly sneezed and the poor chair in front of me was frozen solid.

“WHAT THE HE**!” deidara said backing away from me like I had some kind of disease.

“Um did I do that?” I asked looking over at him like my hand had just been caught in the cookie jar.

“Uh yeah, Um aqua I’m going to go and get pain ok” before I could answer he opened and slipped out the door.

I just walked over to my window and opened it to help clear my head when I felt a pulling on my arm and the next thing I knew I had been pulled through the window and was on the ground outside.

“Sorry I hope I didn’t hurt you aqua I mean glacia”

I quickly sat up and to my demise it was orangey from before.

“Wait what did you call me?”

“I called you glacia because that’s your name” the man said looking at me like I was the crazy one.

“Ok no more games, who are you and how the heck do you know me?” I asked standing up.

“Alright already, my name is pike and I’m your childhood friend” he said with a sigh.

“Say what now?”

“Are you telling me you still don’t remember me?”

“Why are you so concerned with me remembering you?” I asked with a very puzzled look.

“Because your….you’re the 10 tailed tiger that destroyed are village in a fire, so the villagers decided to erase your memory so the monster inside you wouldn’t awake again”

I just stood there stunned at the info I had just heard.

“Your lying” I said getting defensive.

“Really then how do you explain the cute little tiger ears and tail” he said raising his eyebrow.

“Look pike just leave me alone” I started to walk away when I heard him speak once more.

“You can try to run away from your past glacia but it will catch up to you and believe me it wont be pretty”

I turned around to give him a piece of my mind but he was already gone.

“Aqua what are you doing out there?”

I looked up and saw a very confused deidara and standing next to him was pain.

“Um nothing I’ll be right up” they cleared the window so I could climb through but for some reason I decided to jump through and surprisingly I made it with ease.

“Wow aqua maybe that tail of yours is good for something after all” deidara said with a smirk.

“Ha ha ha very funny” I said rolling my eyes at him.

“Anyway getting down to business, do you have any clue as to how this happened?” pain asked.

“No sir I don’t but um…” I said trailing off.

“But what?”

I was debating whether to tell them about what pike said when I got a shooting pain like earlier and I collapsed on the floor.

“Aqua are you alright?” deidara asked helping me back up.

“Yeah I’m ok” I slowly stepped over to my bed and sat down.

“Well on the bright side your ears and tail went away” deidara said with a goofy smile.

“Deidara shut up filter” I said glaring at him.

“Huuummm you stay in here for now aqua while I research this” pain said walking out.

“Well I better go train but I’ll have tobi check on you later k aqua” deidara then left to and my first thought was “What am I your pet there’s no way I’m staying in here all day” so I decided to jump out the window and go find pike again.

“So how’s it going with glacia?”

“Not to well, she still refuses to remember” pike said sighing.

“I see…well don’t give up the time is fastly approaching and we will need her powers” the lady said with an evil grin.

“Yes madam viper”

“Pike where are you!?. Great where the heck did he go?” I decided to head back when I smelled smoke and noticed a little ramen shop on fire. I quickly raced over and saw an old man trapped under a beam. I started to pull him out when the heat and flames got higher and higher until I couldn’t take it anymore and had to back away.

“Wait maybe I can freeze it like I did to the chair” I said to myself.

I took a deep breath and concentrated on the flames and I got that pain again. I opened my eyes and the fire was out. So I rushed over to the old man and even though I was able to put the fire out I wasn’t able to get to him on time.

“Damit!” I said as I kicked the nearest piece of wood and sighed with frustration.

“Aaaawww well you cant win them all”

“Oh now you show up” I said sarcastically as pike jumped down from the branch he was standing on and landed right next to me.

“Why couldn’t you have shown up when I called for you?!”

“Oh you called for me?” he said raising his eyebrow and getting a very seductive grin on.

“I just called for you cause I want to know more about my past” I said sighing in defeat.

“Well what exactly do you want to know?” he asked walking around me.

“Um well like how did the 10 tailed tiger get inside me?” I asked as I looked at him from the corner of my eye.

“It’s not to clear on how it had gotten in you but after it did all you brought to are village was shame until one day something had set you off and you went on a rampage and started destroying everything”

“Wait you said I destroyed the village by burning it down but then why do I have ice powers?” I asked interrupting him.

“Whoa wait are you saying you haven’t discovered your red side?”

“Um no”

“O well I guess living with the akatsuki then you soon will see your other side which usually only comes out when your really pissed off” he said with a slight chuckle.

“Right ok well I better get going before they find out I’m gone”

“Glacia wait…don’t go come with me instead” he said grabbing me by the shoulder and spinning me around to face him.

And for some odd reason being so close to him made my heart go on hyper drive.

“I can show you how to control your powers and how to make them stronger” he whispered in my ear.

I felt a slight shiver run up and down my spine and I took a few steps back so I could concentrate.

“Look pike I appreciate your help but…”

“But what? What have the akatsuki really done for you? I mean first they force you to join them and then they try and make you choose between them or your friends”

“Well yeah but…”

“Come on glacia if you come with me you don’t have to choose between me or your friends, you can see them whenever you want”

All I could do was stand there and hear what he had to offer and the sad thing was I was considering it.

“Please glacia come and find out about your past, I can tell you anything you want to know”

“Aqua!”

I flipped around to see a very pissed off pain heading my way.

“Um hi leader I was just um…um…crap I’ve got nothing”

“I specifically told you to stay in your room until I could figure out how to help control your powers”

“What are you my mother?!” I yelled back.

He just stood there glaring at me then at pike.

“You know what pike?”

“What?”
