Naruto dashed to the front for his mission summons, shocking the poor lady at the front.

"H-How can I h-help you?"

"Hi! I'll take any missions you have, C or higher."

"We have... Ah, here. We have 4 D's, a C, a B and an A. I was told not to give your team anything further than a C for a little while." Naruto pouted and looked at the missions.

"I'll take the C mission," he said, and walked away to meet his team.

"Naruto, you're late, actually."

"Even I thought you'd get here before me," Kakashi said. "Did you get a good mission?"

"Actually, I was told we were limited to choosing C rank missions and below. So, I got a C." He handed the scroll to Yamato and he and Kakashi read it together.

"So, we have to escort some kid from here to the Hidden Grass. That won't take too long."

"Yup. Pack for a week long trip, we'll leave tomorrow." The team disbanded and went on their ways.

Time Skip- Also, warning. Their mission is short, really short. I'm just not good at writing mission plot.

=========

The kid they were escorting was weird. This whole thing was weird. The Hidden Grass was weird, and the grass itself was weird. Could you just rip up some grass from the ground in the Hidden Grass and bring to someplace else and call it, the "grass, organic, imported from the Hidden Grass" kind of grass? Yeah, maybe. But then again, Yamato promised himself he wouldn't drift off thinking of something unnecessary like Hidden Grass grass, also known as Hidden grass (notice the 'grass' isn't capitalized), or just Grass grass (notice the first 'grass' is capitalized). He shrugged it off and kept trying not to look at the grass. But, think about it, just for a second: Farmer Tenzo's World Famous Grass, imported from the Hidden grass. A soon to be best seller, for sure.

Soon, they were at the half point. I'm not talking halfway from the Leaf to the Grassy grass. I'm talking the kid has been delivered and they're heading back. In other words, the mission was quicker than usual. It was all on foot, but there weren't any distractions. It was just walking and thinking of selling grass. Nothing else, and that's what bothered Team 7. They were bored out of their minds.

"We haven't fought enemy shinobi in forever."

"I get that you're bored, but isn't that a good thing that there's peace in this area?"

"Peace is good, wherever it is. But it's so boring, there's no action, there's nothing but grass!"

"And we're almost back, too. All of this, for no action."

"In the end, all we got was money. I'd rather have action than money."

"I mean," Kakashi said. "At least we have the hot springs to look forward too."

"Oh, yeah! The hot springs," Sakura said, her inside Sakura (ya know the scary and loud one) chuckling evilly.
