"well look at it this way axl ." angel sighed with a casual shrug
"it could be worse." she said easily.
spinning on his heel he managed to give her a look of disbelief as he tried to calm down the racing of his heart , the anger brewing in his veins at her carelessness.
"could be worse?!" he echoed with a laugh before motioning to around them widely with his arms
"we're in fucking jail! "
angel looked at him for a long moment before nodding slowly
"well yes." she tilted her head with a smile "but we're alive , we'll be out in a few hours when slash and duff bail us out." she told him not caring in the slightest.
seeing as it wasn't the first or last time she would ever be arrested.
the receptionist had even given her a friendly nod when they were escorted in , she didn't see what the problem was . all that had to do was sit pretty for a few hours and they'd be home in no time.
scoffing axl shook his head "this is all your fault!" he accused pointing his finger at her.
standing up she crossed her arms defensively , a frown on her pretty face at how worked up he was getting
"well you didn't have to punch him ! I was doing just fine in handling it on my own!" she shot back annoyed .
axl rolled his eyes as he watched her glare at him
"yeah , if doing just fine means being knocked onto your ass than sure!" he shouted back angrily .
"and plus the fight wouldn't have started if you hadn't have been flirting with that fucker in the first place!" he told her remembering the way she had been draped over that pompous ass.
"oh whatever !" angel huffed knowing he was right
"how was I to know he was married?" she rhetorically spoke as she looked way from him annoyed.
squinting his eyes at her he pulled a face "maybe the ring on his face might have been a clue?!"
"well excuse me for not staring at his fingers like a creep !" she exclaimed before plopping herself back down on the bench in there cell.
axl continued to pace as he grumbled to himself , she always managed to rope him into trouble and he always just went along with it.
the sight of angel flirting easily with some rich motherfucker had sent his temper sky rocketing and before he could storm over there and pull her away , his wife had turned up .
