"What the actual fuck?!" I hear myself scream, my cursing taking the woman by shock. Obviously when I was child, I didn't even know what swearing was. "What the fuck is going on here?! Dad?!" I shout, pushing past the women I once called my mother and I walk into the house. The huge hallway echoing my voice.
"Morgan? What the hell are you doing here?" I hear my once mother ask as she trails behind me, as I storm through the house looking for my so-called father.
I turn back around to the lady, trying my hardest not to rip her hair out. "Looking for my only parental figure that's what the fuck I am doing here!"
I'm so caught up in my anger I barely notice Millie looking as shocked as ever as she stands at the door with Jayden, and even he looks shocked. Millie's eyes trail slowly to something behind me, and I turn around and face my father.
"What is going on here?" I angrily growl at my father, and he sighs.
"Come sit down." My father says quietly. My mother who is standing behind me is deathly quiet. Obviously scared to say a word because I look like I'm about to maul at either of them in a second.
"No, I'm not sitting down," I argue, crossing my arms over my chest as I stare him down.
"Sit down Morgan. And Millie as well, come and sit down." My father says and he glances at Jayden, I realize this is the first time he's ever seen Jayden. What a great way for first impressions.
"I'll stay outside." Jayden quietly replies as he stands outside, closing the door behind him after Millie walks in. I sit down on the expensive leather couch and Millie takes a seat next to me, grabbing my hand.
"Now, tell me. What is going on here?" I say to my father, ignoring the woman sitting next to him. "Where did this big fuckery of a house come from?"
My mother looks at me, and I catch her eye, "you just left us? And now you're living in this big house playing housewife like some desperate gold digger?" I spit, and she looks down at her feet. Obviously, what I'm saying is completely true. "I didn't expect anything else from you, you shit excuse for a mother." I insult, and now my father begins to look angry.
"Don't talk to your mother like that." My father demands, and I snort. He can't be serious.
"She is the saddest excuse for a mother. You're probably here, boning her while her rich husband is away on a business trip." I say rolling my eyes at the two people in front of me. My father doesn't defend himself one bit. "Wow, I must be right."
"Girls, I'm not here to have an affair with your mother. I'm here because something else has happened." My father says quietly, and I feel like walking out of this house because I can't stand listening to any more of their nonsense.
"What? She has caught chlamydia, and you're here to help her?" I say, and Millie chokes out a laugh.
"No, none of that. Stop being stupid." My father says, and I laugh at him trying to take control. "Your mother is giving you girls a, what should I call it? A sum of money. For her neglecting you two."
"Okay fine. Give me the money and I'll be on my way home." I say, feeling tempted to walk out on these two morons, and gladly never seeing them ever again.
"I feel awful, for everything." My mother chokes out, keeping her eyes down at her feet.
"Oh, you should be. I hope you feel so shit about yourself you cry yourself to sleep every night. You pathetic woman." I hiss at her, ready to jump and slam her head against the marble fireplace.
"I didn't expect you to be all welcoming with me. I just didn't know you spoke like this." The woman says, acting like she's some posh, rich housewife.
"Shut the fuck up. Stop acting like you're perfect here. With your expensive jewelry and clothing. You still look like the same drunk, high mess that walked out on us. You're still a mess." I spit back, and she shuts her mouth. She can't sit here and tell me what she expects, she is the worst one here out of everyone.
I get up from the couch and Millie follows. "I'm going home now. Dad, I don't know when you're gonna drag your ass back home, but I hope it's soon."
