"Oh gosh! I'm so sorry, let me help you."

The tall boy quickly rushed around the counter to help the poor customer.

This wasn't the first time the coffee creamer machine didn't work, but it was the first time it exploded.

Exploded all over himself and the unexpected boy who just wanted some chai tea.

Shinwon quickly rushed over to the dazed boy napkins in hand, quickly but gently wiping away the mess left on his cheek.

The boy seemingly snapped out of it and gently grasped Shinwons's hand pulling it away from his face.

Suddenly something the two boys clicked, an odd feeling washed over them.

As the boy looked at their hands, the barista's hand on his cheek and his on the taller's hand.

He had found his soulmate.

"Yanan, I'm telling you he was the cutest!"

"Mhm, you've been telling me that since you've got here.." He looked down at his bare wrist.

Changgu sighed and flopped onto the living-
room couch, holding a pillow close to his chest.

Yanan watched, amused as his whipped friend continued to roll around the couch, blabbering on and on about this boy.

Yanan flicked some cheese curls at the older boy, watching as he picked them off and ate them anyway.

"Oh, we're meeting back at the cafe tomorrow after his shift."

"The barista boy wants a coffee date?"

Yanan rolled his eyes but with no ill intent, shoving more cheese curls down his throat.

"I'm going out with Yuto, don't be dumb when I leave."

Changgu soon found himself alone, a bag of cheese curls in hand, and a cute barista in mind.

"Deep breath Changgu, relax this is only the moment you've been waiting for your whole life, nothing important."

Changgu was certain he looked insane, talking to himself as he stood in front of the cafe doors.

So he finally willed the rest of his annoying stress away and walked through the doors.

He nearly choked on air when he as Shinwon.

The cute barista was still working at the counter, the light hitting off his brown fluffy hair giving it a golden glow.

"Oh, Changgu!"

Shinwon smiled and waved, pulling off his apron and handing it to the other boy taking his place.

"I was worried you wouldn't come."

"Oh, why would I do that?"

Shinwon smiled and brushed the hair out of his eyes, waving his hand to tell Changgu to follow.

"I don't know it usually happens in cliche dramas."

Changgu laughed. The table they sat at was by a window, allowing the sunlight to warm their skin.

A short period of awkward silence followed.

The two boys opting to stare out the window or around the cafe instead of speaking.

Fed up with the weird silence, Shinwon quickly started up a conversation, a long conversation that branched off to many topics.

In the end Changgu learned a lot about the boy, he was a year older than himself, and he used to work as a model after being street casted.

He found out that Shinwon's guilty pleasure is burgers, any kind, McDonald's, Burger King, any.

The both and a lot on common as well, they each had a small passion for singing, and very annoying roommates, shinwon's is named hyojong.

Changgu watched as the sun started to set through the window, the yellow glow becoming more orange, then later pink.

His attention shifted back when he heard Shinwon sigh.

"I guess we have to get going."

The taller boy frowned.

"Sadly, but I really would like to hangout soon!"

"Me too, oh here's my number, text me whenever, I'll answer"

Changgu hugged him quickly.

"I'm really glad we met."

"Really! Even though coffee creamer exploded on your face?"

Changgu laughed at that, truthfully he wasn't all happy being attacked with creamer first thing in the morning.

But his soulmate mark is on his cheek and without the creamer he would have never found his soulmate.

"Yes, especially the coffee creamer explosion."
