"The cake has to be strawberry flavored or he won't eat it!"

"Okay strawberry, got it!"

"He also hates the color purple."

"No purple."

"No celery! Ever!"

"Not even with peanut butter?"

"Nuh uh!"

"He loves the movie Frozen, but not the second one! Only the first, so you must play it!"

The four boys sat around the living room watching as Hun listed everything they needed for the birthday party.

"Alright anything else?"

"Nope!" The little said popping the 'p'.

Each time the little said something Jaehyun scribbled It down with different colored crayons.

So far Dongsung was on cake and snacks duty, Hweseung and Jaehyun volunteered for decorating, and Seunghyub would watch over Cha Hun.

Cha Hun's job was to distract the birthday boy.

"Blueberry! I'm back!"

Hun rushes up to the blue stuffed bear sitting on his bed, holding it tight to his chest and jumping.

"Today is a special day, and I'm so excited!"

Seunghyub walked in laughing at the little when he saw him.

"Daddy! I'm so excited!"

"I can tell baby, come on let's get you into better clothes."

After Seunghyub changed Cha hun out of his onesie and into a colorful sweater and a pair of overalls, the two boys headed into the kitchen.

"Sungie!!"

Cha hun smiled widely before running up to the kitchen counter.

"Baby, no running!" Seunghyub chided, walking into after him.

"Oopsies.. sorry daddy."

Seunghyub ruffles his hair as a response, sitting on the bar stool next to him.

"Sungie, it's strawberry cake right?"

"Of course angel, wanna try it?"

Cha hun nodded enthusiastically and Dongsung gave him a spoon with a small amount of cake batter on it, careful not to hurt his stomach. 

"Wow so yummy! Sungie makes the best cake!"

Cha Hun threw his arms up and Seunghyub has to catch him before he falls off the chair.

"Thank you angel."

The two left the youngest alone to make more food and went searching for the other boys instead.

They found both Jaehyun and Hweseung were at the front door preparing to go to the store for decorations.

"Appa? Seungie? You're leaving?"

The boy was sad for a second before a happy expression took over his face.

"Can I come too!! I wanna go to the store!"

The three boys looked at each other wearily. They would love for him to come but they've never let him be little in public before.

"Kitten... maybe another time."

Cha Hun pouted at Hweseung's familiar words, sadly looking down at his sock covered feet.

The little look so soft and so cute and it took everything in Jaehyun's body not to kiss him all over and make him smile again.

"We promise kitten."

Hun pulls out his hand, pinky outstretched.

The two boys standing in front of the door smiled widely before interlacing their pinkies together with his.

"Okay, you can go now."

Hweseung ruffled Cha Hun's hair before following Jaehyun out the door.

"Daddy?"

Seunghyub stopped tidying the shoes by the door way, a habit he picked up during their trainee years.

"Yes bub?"

"I think blueberry is waiting for me."

...

"Is everything done?"

Jaehyun looked around the room, there were lots of balloons floating around, they managed to stick streamers to the ceiling, there were cute little snacks on the table, and most importantly Frozen was on the tv ready to play.

"You'll think he'll like it?"

Dongsung was suddenly nervous, maybe his cooking wasn't that good.

"Of course he'll like it!"

After a few more adjustments and reassuring Dongsung that his cooking was perfect, they finally declared the party ready.

Jaehyun walked down the hall of their dorm and pushed Hun's door open.

"Hunnie, baby, the party is ready."

"Really!?"

Cha Hun jumped up hugging the blue bear close to his chest.

"Yes cmon everyone is waiting."

Hun slipped his hand into Jaehyun's and followed him closely behind.

When they finally got into the living room Hun could see the colorful balloons and streamers decorating the walls (no purple to be seen), strawberry cake was on the coffee table and frozen was playing on the tv.

"Surprise!!"

Cha Hun gasped and rushed to hug the closest person to him, in which Hweseung happily ruffled his hair.

"Wow! It's perfect!!"

The air felt different and a huge weight was lifted off of the other boys' shoulders, all feeling relieved.

"He loves it!!"

Hun plopped the fluffy blue bear in front of the cake.

"Happy Birthday Blueberry!"
