Seungmin raises his hands to his face, fingers and thumbs running quickly beneath his eyes to wipe away at the tears.

Jeongin "shhs" quietly, placing his hands on the boy's shoulders.

"Don't worry Minnie, just take a deep breath and relax."

His mouth curls up into a soft smile as Seungmin's red tinged eyes meet his.

Seungmin's bottom lip quivers before he catches it between his teeth, the resist causing more tears to flow from his eyes.

Jeongin pulls Seungmin into a tight hug, holding the boy as he muffled his sobs into Jeongin's shoulder.

"It'll be ok."

Hyunjin throws his head back, laughing quietly.

He was so in love.

Hyunjin jerks his head to the side as his phone tings.

Curiosity piqued he taps into the message watching as the 'typing' symbols appear.

Fear pierces Hyunjin's heart as he sinks deeper into the couch.

He sits completely still, thoughts swirling as his hands clench.

Anger boils as he swiftly grabs his coat, ready to head out and never come back, to completely ghost Jeongin and his own emotions.

Only to be stopped at the door, when keys jingle on the other side.

"Hey baby I'm back."

There's screaming, so much screaming.

"YOU CHEATED. ON ME. WITH YOUR FUCKING EX!?"

"H-hyunjinnie, I told you-"

"YOU'RE SUCH A FUCK BOY!"

Hurt flashes across Jeongin's eyes as he hugs himself.

"Listen. If you don't want to believe me then don't, it's not my choice to make."

He swiftly turns on his heels, walking out the door and into the pelting rain.

It had been raining for some time and Jeongin could hardly see through the bullets, his hair not helping as it flattens down into his eyes.

It was hard enough to see the sidewalk, so hard he didn't even notice when he stepped off.

Immense pain rattled up his left side as the car clips him, his body flinging to the right as he throws his hands out in an attempt to catch himself.

Only managing to tear open the flesh along his palms and arms.

He lays, curled in a tiny ball around himself as blood seeps outwards, mixing with the rain before flowing down the drain.

The clean smell of the emergency room caused Hyunjin's eyes to water.

No one could tell anyway, he had been crying for a while.

Not allowed into the actual room he stares through the fingerprint covered glass of the ICU window.

Why is he even here?

Jeongin cheated, he's Seungmin's issue now.

He gets up to leave, eyes rising to meet with Seungmin's as he enters the unit.

He glares, eyes narrowing as he slams his shoulder into his on the way out.

"Hyunjin wait!"

Something inside him causes him to stop, slowly turning around to continue glaring at Seungmin.

Seungmin reaches up, hand massaging his shoulder before returning to his side.

"He never cheated on you."

"Why should I believe you?"

Hyunjin snarls, turning back around.

"YOU should believe me because after he comforted me he spent ages talking about how much he fucking loves you and how he wants to be your forever. "

Hyunjin doesn't move, his eyes prickling with tears.

"You don't have to believe me, hell you don't even have to talk to me ever again but believe Jeongin because he loves you so much."

Hyunjin turns around again, walking straight towards the window before slowing to place both hands against the glass.

"J-Jeongin."

He chokes, tears flowing from his eyes.

"I'm sorry, I'm- I'm going to fix this ok?"

He watches as Jeongin's finger twitches, the heart monitor drawing an unsteady variation of peaks and falls.

"Hold on for me baby."

Tears stain his cheeks as he quickly wipes them away.
