After the Hip Hop Unit went, the Performance Unit filed in to record. Sora fit in well with them, her voice filling the void that had originally been there. When they were finished, Soonyoung tapped Sora on the shoulder and told her to go to lunch.
"We'll meet up for choreography later." Sora nodded. Before she could leave, she was cornered by Minghao and Jun.
"You're eating with us," Jun said. It wasn't a question.
"What?" Minghao huffed.
"Just come on." He grabbed her hand and pulled her out of the studio and down the hall, Jun racing after them screaming about facemasks and fans.
Once suitably disguised, they went to a small dog cafe, it was usually deserted except for a few scattered teens and had been the trios safe place predebut, Jeonghan had never wanted to tag along.
Sora swirled her coffee with a spool thoughtfully. "What's up with the China line?"
"It's not what's up with us, it's up with you." Sora looked at Jun confused, then looked at Minghao who seemed curious.
"What?"
Minghao sighed and folded his hands on the table. "We want to know about your soulmate, Yeosang is his name right?" Sora nodded.
"Everyone is asking about this, why do I feel like I'm being interrogated."
"You are."
"Jun!" Minghao slapped him.
"It's ok, just tell us what you're comfortable telling us. We're your best friends, you have to tell us something." Sora smiled.
"It's fine Hao, Jun, don't be problematic. Honestly, Yeosang and I haven't spent much time together, I wonder if he loves me, I wonder if he even wants to be my soulmate." Jun reached over and pat her on the head.
"It's ok Sora, if you spend more time with him, the bond will get stronger." Minghao nodded.
"It's only natural, you haven't spent much time together so you feel insecure." Sora laughed.
"Believe it or not, you're not helping me feel better." Minghao looked offended.
"Well then I better take you out someday."
"Bet. I want to go to the fair." Minghao nodded.
"I'll see if Meixiu is ok with it." Sora snickered.
"She knows we're just best friends. I'm not sure about Xiaoling though." Sora looked at Jun pointedly. "You're both minor flirts." Jun looked offended.
"Minor? Minor! I am a major flirt, I can only be extra." Minghao and Sora started giggling.
"Jun, why are you like this?"
"I'm amazing." Sora smiled sadly.
"We better get going guys." Minghao nodded.
"I'm not going back, I have stuff to do at home."
"Ok!" Sora gave Minghao a big hug, then grabbed Jun's hand and pulled him out of the cafe. She didn't see the four people tucked in the corner, Yeosang's eyes sad as he saw her laugh with her friends, hug a boy who wasn't him.
