Chapter 3: Will you ....

"Come on Jen! We're here for a girls time ok" Paige said trying to lighten my mood
"You know I'm not in the mood. I can't believe you even used the Finn thing to make me come out" I exclaimed
"Well that's the only thing to get you out you now"
"Well he's not here"
How could he be here. I mean he's on a business trip at London. For two freaking weeks. He promised to call me but now is the third day that his at London and not a single phone call or message.
We've been dating for 4 years and I still can't get enough of him.
"You are so whipped you know that Jen! It's just for two weeks. It's not like his gonna be there forever" my dear best friend said trying to calm me down.
"But what if he finds a beautiful blonde there. What if they get married there and he'll never come back" Paige just shook her head at my stupid answer. I know it's a stupid thing to think but nothing is impossible ya know.
" You know,I'm sure he won't find another girl. he loves you too much to do that" Paige said while putting both her hands on my shoulder.
" I know" I said sounding defeated " but it doesn't mean that all those girls won't stop flirting with him."
I remembered one time we were eating at some fancy restaurants. There was this girl sitting beside our table.
I could see that she was trying to get Finns attention. But Finn didn't pay her any attention,which is really great. I mean she wasn't that ugly. I mean she's hot,who wouldn't want to date her right.
So we were eating our food peacefully until that bitch had to ruin our sweet moment
"Urm.. I'm sorry but do you mind if I sit with you both" she sound so sluttish.
Finn being the gentleman he is just nodded.
"My name is Lorene" she said sweetly after sitting down with us. But the worst thing is she's sitting beside Finn. She's so gonna get it from me.
"My name is Finn and this is my girlfriend Jenna" Finn said while stretching his arms to hold my hand.
Lorene didn't seem ashamed or somewhat heartbroken. But she kept on flirting with Finn shamelessly.
What is wrong with her? Can't she see that she's flirting with someone else's boyfriend.
Sitting opposite of them both chit chatting so happily leaving me out of the conversation. I feel like I'm the third-wheel. I thought we we're suppose to be on a date here.
" Hey Lorene" that bitch finally looked at me
"Oh,sorry dear I forgot that you were here" she said giving me the eye. Like I'm some cheap thing.
"Well if you weren't too busy flirting with MY boyfriend you might not forget that the GIRLFRIEND is sitting opposite of you"
"Oh dear Finn. I don't know how you can stand with a girl like her. She's so possessive of you." I really wanna pull that blonde hair out of that pretty little face of hers. " Why don't you come over to my place tonight and I'll show you I can be a better girlfriend than her" she said while drawing circles on Finn chest. how close could this girl get.
" Lorene you should probably shut that mouth of yours. I love how my girlfriend is like. She doesn't go around and act like a slut. Maybe you should learn a thing or two from her" I have never seen Finn so angry. " Come on babe. Let's go some place without a bitch insulting you" I could see Lorene's face turn bright red.
I didn't know we caught a lot of people attention until I hear hands clapping. I look around to see all amused face.
I see Finn standing up and called the waiter so he could pay for the dinner.
We were soon exiting the place and walked to Finn's car.
The whole car ride was awkward. I think Finn was still pissed about the restaurant fiasco.
" Hey Finn"
"Hmm.."
"Are you ok?"
"Hell no. That bitch just insulted my girlfriend. She's lucky that she is not a he, or I would've punch the living daylight out of her." I laughed at his comment.
" I'm glad I finally made you" I turn to look at Finn and see that his angry expression has turned into a happy expression. " when we were eating I could see that you weren't happy. I don't like to see my girlfriends so sad"
"Well how would like it if someone was flirting with someone that you love?" I'm back to pissed thinking about just now.
"Well I know I would not be happy too. There's probably gonna be blood everywhere"
"I'm serious Finn"
"I'm serious too. I love you so much Jenna. I love you so much that I would give my life for you" I just laughed and shook my head. "So where do you wanna go?" Finn asked trying to change the topic. I'm grateful for that too.
" Well I've always wanted to see the beach at this time" I said looking at Finn.
" Really I mean at this time. there won't be much people there you know" Finn said turning to look at me giving me the face.
"Yeah I really wanna go and see it. Please" I said giving my best puppy dog eyes.
"Ok,anything for you"
We finally arrived the beach. It's really quiet when there's no one around the beach.
There's so many stars shining and the moon looks so beautiful. I could see the glimmering sea it looks so breath taking.
"You know,since we're here. do you wanna go into the water and see how cold it is" Finn said looking at me his eyes full of excitement.
"Ok" I said
I took of my dress and flats only wearing my bra and undies. While Finn was only wearing his boxers. Gosh look at that chest and abs.
"You done checking me out babe?" Finn said with a smirk.
"I wasn't checking you out. I was just... you know looking around" I said averting my eyes from Finn.
"Whatever you say babe" Finn said laughing. " You wanna go in together or you want me to go in first?"
"Let's just go together ok" I said
But I didn't know together was involving Finn carrying me and running to the waters. after Finn picked me up and ran I just screamed and begged him to put me down but all he said was "you said you wanted to go together"
Before I know it we're both inside the water. Gosh it's called,i can't believe we even thought of tho stupid idea.
"Ok let's never do that again" I said shivering after coming out of the cold water.
"Let's not" Finn while coming up to me and wrapping a towel around me. I don't know where he got the towels from but thank God for the towels.
" Hello earth to Jenna!" Paige said trying to wake me up from my daydream.
" Yeah I'm sorry, I was just thinking." thinking about Finn is all I can do right now.
" How about you go sit at Starbucks and wait for me there ok. I need to go buy some more clothes" Paige said while walking to a clothe shop.
I went to Starbucks and ordered my drinks. After getting my coffee the person also gave me a note. It says,
You might feel that you had a shitty day today, but I promise you'll have a blast afterwords.
I was confused,scared and I looked around me to see if there's any stalker or an assassin that would want to shoot me any minute now.
I quickly went to the counter and asked who have them the note but they said it was some guy. They said they couldn't see how he looked like because he was wearing a sunglasses and a mask to cover his face.
I quickly called Paige,once she answered
"Paige,I think someone is stalking me."
" Really? Or are you just being paranoid as always?" Paige said sounding bored
"I'm serious. I bought a drink at Starbucks and when I got my drink the person gave me a note. It was written about how that person know I had. A shitty day and that he promised I would have a great day"
"What,wait a minute. How do you know the person writing it is a HE?"
"The people in Starbucks said so"
"Well what if he looks like a guy but in fact he is a she eh? Or maybe the person giving the note is just his apprentice and the person behind the mastermind is a SHE?"
"Ok maybe your right. But it still doesn't explain if this person is a good guy or a bad guy"
"Ok hold up I'm coming. We're gonna go on an expedition"
Paige met me at the the Starbucks entrance and we walked to her car. I told her to go to the police station but she just told me maybe that person didn't mean any harm and that we shouldn't call cops when we haven't even found out who that person is.
"So.." Paige said trying to find a topic to talk about " you know you never really told me where you first date with Finn was" I was shocked as to why Paige would suddenly asked me about this. I remember I tried telling her but she told me she doesn't wanna hear it. I don't know why,maybe she doesn't really like to hear about it so I just let it be.
" Well our first date was on a hill,I think it was on a hill. you could see the whole town from there it was really beautiful."
"Do you wanna go there? I mean I'd like to see the beautiful place" I look at Paige like she's just grown a tree on her head "What?!?"
"Nothing I just thought that this isn't really a good time. I mean there's a stalker on the lose." I said reasoning with Paige.
"Come on, please" Paige said giving me her puppy eyes
"Ok fine. But if I get kidnapped I'm going to hunt you when I'm dead"
We reached the place where Finn took me on our first date. I get down the car before Paige and left my phone in the car.
I was walking and I saw a stage at the end there( the stage looks like in the picture) but it's kinda dark and I couldn't see a thing.
"Hey Paige can you get my phone" I said but no one answered me. I turned around and Paige wasn't there. her car door is still opened.
Oh no.. she's kidnapped. Shit no,this is like in the movie where the killer slowly kills her friend then kills the girl.
"Hey whoever you are,don't you dare mess with me. I know karate" I said while doing some weird kung fu style stand. " You better give me back my friend Paige or you will regret it dude."
Then I hear a sound behind the bush. I started to walk there slowly ready to punch whoever is there with my fist.
"Whoever is there come out now" I said getting more scared by the minute "I'm begging you to please leave my friend alone. Don't do anything to her"
More rustling from behind me. I quickly turn to look. Then I see a white sticky note. I went over to look at what it's written and it said
-go to the stage and you'll find something
I quickly ran to the stage and I saw a lot of picture of me and Finn. Is this some sick joke. But when you look closer it's a million of pictures that is very small and put into a heart shape.
Then suddenly there was light and there was suddenly a sign saying MARRY ME?
Ok what is this. I quickly turn around and saw Finn standing there wearing a t-shirt and a black jeans. He's holding a bouquet of pink roses my favourite and a small red box in his other hand.
He went closer to me and kneel down in front of me on his knee like in the movies and opening the red box to reveal a beautiful ring.
" Will you Jenna Harrison marry me? I will promise to love you forever even when your old. I promise to everyday bring a smile to your beautiful face."
Then I could see my parents,my siblings,Paige and other friends.
" Oh my gosh you planned this whole thing didn't you?" Finn nodded " You didn't really have a business trip in London" this time I was about to cry and Finn was smiling " You even planned to not call me?" I was crying and Finn stood up to hug me. I just cried on his shoulder.
"Ok back to the question that you haven't answered. Would you...."
" Yes" I said and soon Finn scoop me up bridal style and kissed me.
I could hear cheers and applause from everyone.
