As I walk inside the warm and glittering room where the victory of our battle over the oppressed Chuan Family had celebrated, I can't help my eyes to stop its tears to flow.
Nakakaiyak yong music. It seems like a throwback from the past where I myself as uncertain person fighting against the world. Yon bang feeling na pagkatapos ng mahabang paglalakbay sa isang masalimoot na mundo ay nakayanan mo dahil sa ginusto mo ito.
"Hey! You should be Steph, right?" A guy holding a glass filled with red wine asked me.
"Yes, I am." I replied and smiled to him. Nakipagkamayan siya sa akin. Bilag pagtugon, ay kinamayan ko rin siya.
"Nice meeting you. I've heared you were the reason why this celebration just had happened?" He exclaimed again.
"Uhm... maybe? Wha--"
"Hey, dude. Sino nanaman bang pinopormahan mo ja-- oh... Steph, right?" Naputol ang paguusap namin ng cute and tall guy nang may sumulpot na isa pang matangkad na lalaki.
Napakaraming tao sa loob ng katam-tamang lawak lang na room.
"Uhm, yeah. And you must be?" I asked seriously.
"I'm Aljun and this is Andrie. Team mates kami ni Rivero wayback in our Rookie and sophomore years in La Salle." Pagpapakilala ni Aljun.
"Oh, really? Kayo yong kinukwento niya madalas sa akin. You guys are really nice, heheh" I responded as a signed of respect.
Rivero Family initiated such celebration over their fight against Chuan family and I never expected that it would be look like this as amazing as it could.

Nagpalakpakan ang mga tao nang sambitin ng host ang buo kong pangalan.
Inayos ko ang aking tindig at naglakad sa taas ng stage bilang pagtugon sa sinabi ng host. Hindi ko naman in-expect na may pa ganitong magaganap, ba't may pa welcome welcome pang ganito? Eh isa lang naman akong ganap na kasambahay noon. Lord help.
Nakasuot ako ng long silver glittering dress bilang pagtugon sa nasabing motif. Gano'n rin ang ibang tao na nadadaanan ko na lumahok rin sa nasabing selebrasyon. Tila napakasaya ng kanilang pagmumukha at walang bahid na kalungkutan sa kanilang mga sarili.
