Morning Lay in

The following morning Nikki wakes in a tangle of sheets with Jack still pressed against her back, She smiles happily as she stretches out realising she's had a full nights sleep and that she doesn't have Poppy curled up at the bottom of her bed or lying in an awkward position between Jack and herself. 

She removes Jack's arm from around her waist and slowly slips out of bed and walks to the bathroom but stops when she hears Jack, "Where are you sneaking off too?" He smiles as he stretches and lies with the duvet draped at his waist. 

Nikki looks over at him and smiles, "The toilet" She speaks. Moments later she returns from the toilet and walks over to the kettle which is set in the corner of the room next to a mini-fridge and a small rack of tea and coffee. 

Jack sits up and moves his pillows so he rests against the headboard, "Sleep well?" Jack asks as he watches Nikki get two mugs and makes herself and Jack a cup of coffee each.

"It's was amazing, I don't think I've slept that well in over a year" Nikki speaks with a smile as she waits for the kettle to boil. "No children waking me up, No Poppy ending up in our bed... beautiful" She smiles.
"And no on-call phone calls" Jack adds with a smile as he admires her.

Nikki pours the kettle and then stirs them slowly before taking them over to the bed, She hands Jack his cup of coffee before placing her's down on the bedside table and clambers across Jack and sits beside him. She then leans over him and grabs her coffee and smiles as she sits back normally. "I dreamt about you" Jack smiles as he watches her. 
"Oh really? what about?" Nikki smiles as she grabs her phone and checks for messages. 

Jack smiles and takes a sip of his coffee, "We had another baby, a boy..." He speaks with a smile.
"Oh right..." She laughs awkwardly.

"What's wrong Nik?" He smirks.
"You, thinking I'm going to have another child... after all, I went through to have Poppy and Maddison" She explains sipping her coffee a little more.   
"What nothing went wrong, you conceived both them pretty easily, what was wrong for you then?" He asks. 

Nikki laughs and rests her mug between her legs, "The morning sickness... which was completely horrendous with Poppy... the constant urge to use the toilet, being kicked in the ribs, the back, the bladder..." She explains and Jack simply rolls his eyes at her. 

"But being pregnant suits you, would you have another one?" He replies with a smirk. 
Nikki sits there looking at her lap and decides to change the subject, "So what are we doing today?"

He places his coffee down on the side and looks at her, "Don't change the subject Nik," Jack replies as he looks at the bedside clock. 
"maybe..." She speaks.
"Yesterday you said you wanted more because you don't want Poppy or Maddison to end up like you..." He sighs as he lifts his hand and strokes a few stray strands out hair out of her face, Nikki smiles as she looks up at him and nods. "When do you want to start trying then?" He asks her curiously. 

They both look at each other for a moment, "After Maddison's birthday... I don't want people thinking I gave birth and then ended up pregnant again, Thomas is going to kill me" She explains.

"Let him deal with that, he knows it's coming though" He speaks with a smile on his face as he's now excited at the fact they may have another child this time next year. "How did you know when you were pregnant?" Jack asks.
"When I took the test..." Nikki replies bluntly. 
"No, I mean was there anything that indicated to you that you could be?" He explains further and she nods.

"With Poppy, it was the missed period... well I thought it was going through the change, I couldn't stomach certain types of food and my breasts were incredibly sensitive," Nikki smiles and Jack raises an eyebrow. 
"Interesting" He speaks slowly as he thinks to himself for a while before changing the subject, "So what are we gonna do today? Spa?" He suggests as she nods. 

"Mmm, I reckon... Massage this morning, and then this afternoon the hot tub, I saw a lovely hot tub earlier, there's a few around the hotel, Maybe we could order something nice to drink in there and get very drunk..." Nikki smiles. 

Jack smiles and kisses her, "Mmm I like that idea... how drunk?" Jack asks as he finishes his cup of coffee.
"Drunk enough for blind, carefree and unruly sex," Nikki smiles and Jack instantly starts smiling to himself really excited by the idea.
