"Octavia, wake up! You're having a nightmare," came a voice as I felt a tap on my arm.

I opened my eyes; Anastasia, Arya, and Melissa were beside me.

"Are we all dead?" I asked.

"No, we're all good... That must've been some nightmare you had," Arya said.

"What was it even about?" Melissa asked.

"You..." I replied, hugging her tightly.

"What, did I die in your nightmare?"

"It's no laughing matter... It felt so real."

"What're you doing?" she asked.

"Testing if there's any truth to the vision she had."

After a moment, he sighed. "Looks like it is."

"What? I'm pregnant?" Melissa asked.

"Yes, but we can take care of it."

"Oh, no, I already saw how this ends in my nightmare. That's not happening, Brian."

"I'm not saying we take that same option. I'll look into an alternative."

"Alright, come right away when you find something," I said.

"Will do. In the meantime, you best check the grimoire, too," he replied before vanishing.

I hugged Melissa to reassure her that everything will be fine when, yet again, I saw a vision. I began to quiver as my mind raced through events that were too overwhelming.

"Octavia, what's wrong?" Melissa asked.

I couldn't speak. I had just seen what needed to be done. There was still hope; Melissa could be saved. But I didn't know how I was going to tell her what it would cost...
