One of the Last Jedi

Rey's darkness

We come to the old Jedi temple that is near the tallest mountains I lean on the wall looking at Rey and Master who happens to be looking out at the ocean for me to feel that this lesson is to be quite interesting now, "Master Skywalker... We need you to bring the Jedi back... because Kylo Ren is strong with the dark side of the Force. Without the Jedi, we won't stand a chance against him." Rey says for me to look over at Master Skywalker, who gives me a sideways look for me to shrug my shoulders at her knowing she is a puzzle in some parts, but this is completely dumbfounding on how she speaks on the matter, "What do you know about the Force?" Luke questions for me to look at Rey with wonder on what she will say on the subject may be something completely stupid knowing her understanding, "It's a power the Jedi have that lets them control people and... make things float." Rey questions for me to roll my eyes. Really, she needs a good lesson from Luke Skywalker about how to use the force and what it is in general, "Impressive Every word in that sentence was wrong. Lesson one... Sit here, legs crossed." Master Skywalker commands Rey to do as she was told me to watch from my post, wondering how this lesson is to end at all, "The Force is not a power you have. It's not about lifting rocks. It's the energy between all things. a tension, a balance... that binds the universe together." Luke was saying for Rey to nod on that, knowing she does not quite understand at all, which is understandable I was much like her when I first was combating the force in my body; she just needs time and practice to fulfil everything, "Okay. But what is it?" Rey questions for me to. Bite my lip to suppress a laugh right now from what Rey is doing to poor Master Skywalker, who does not look impressed by her words. 

"Close your eyes. Breathe. Now... reach out." Master says for Rey to do as she is told, holding a hand out, which makes me raise an eyebrow on that not with limbs with the force, but then Luke grabs a piece of grass, giving me a little grin as I roll my eyes at my master who is always like this but at least he is showing Rey the ways of the force, I think. I sit by the pool with the old Jedi symbol on it as Rey was getting a lesson from Master Skywalker that is sure to be interesting right now. I then hear an ow from Rey for me to be giggling at them, thinking that they both are quite funny right now and a lot the same distant at times but loving when you get close to them, "You said to reach out tho..." Rey was saying, knowing that Master Skywalker was not impressed, then making me move my hand over the water in the pool with me, smiling at the little amount of pressure that I was using right now with the force, "I'll try again." the girl says for me to look over at her knowing she will be a good student for Luke, "Breathe. Just breathe. Reach out with your feelings. What do you see?" Luke asks for Rey to breathe in and then out, connecting her spirit to the island.

Rey is connecting to the force I can feel it deep down in my feelings of the force, "The island. Life. Death and decay... that feeds the new life. Warmth. Cold. Peace. Violence." Rey says about the different elements for Luke to be happy in some aspects for me to watch them closely with a frowned brow, "And between it all?" Luke questions knowing that Rey now has the answer to that question that Luke was asking her before, "Balance. And energy... A force." Rey says for me to smile now she understands it all the balance with the light and dark side of the force it is all around unmoving but still there if you have it running through your system, "And inside you?" Luke questions for me to watch with wonder liking it when Luke taught the young ones as I set off to the side watching my master knowing one day I would be like him, teaching the force to the younglings but it seems that it is too far into the future now, "Inside me... the same Force." Rey answers knowing she is happy with the force running through her right now because she understands it, "And this is the lesson. That Force does not belong to the Jedi. To say that if the Jedi die, the light dies, it's vanity. Can you feel that?" Luke says but I feel that Rey is feeling something else, something dark and cold its pulling her away from the light, "There's something else... beneath the island. A place. A dark place." Rey was telling us for me to stand up quickly knowing she wishes to venture there now, "Balance. A powerful light, powerful darkness." Luke comments for me to step forward-looking to the girl but Master Skywalker holds up a hand to not let me intwine knowing that the girl needs to learn to pull away from the darkness but feel she will not, "It's cold. It's calling me." Rey says for me to lick my lips knowing it will because it is like an ever pull to it but I have learnt to block it out completely when on this island, "Resist it, Rey. Rey? Rey!" Luke yells for the temple to shake at what Rey is doing making me hold onto the force steadying myself looking to the girl to then rush over pulling her out of it as she dives in. I pull her off the rock for her to be sitting in my lap making me breathe heavily never feeling that connection before. 

Rey is breathing heavily to lean into me as we sit there for me to look at Luke wondering what my master is thinking right now it isn't good, "You went straight to the dark." Luke says for me to look at the girl who is leaning into me than feeling that she is tired from the lesson, "That place was trying to show me something." Rey says for me to calm my breathing down knowing I felt Rey trying to edge towards that place like the blood in us connected to it, "It offered you something you needed. And you didn't even try to stop yourself." Luke says to begin to walk away but Rey had something to say to him about that, "But I didn't see you. Nothing from you. You closed yourself off from the Force. Of course, you have." Rey says for me to look at Luke knowing the cause that Ben has implemented on him it wrecked him, tore his heart in two from what Ben Solo did to all of us, "I've seen this raw strength only once before... in Ben Solo. It didn't scare me enough then. It does now." Luke says for me to get up leaving Rey to follow after my master who was walking down the steps quickly, "Master, please do not discourage her" I say for him to turn to look onto me then with anger on his features knowing I am taking the girls side, "not you too Harmony" he says as we are walking down to the huts for me to breath in knowing he hates it when I take the others person's side, "I am not taking that side master, it's just I feel....a connection with young Rey" I say for him to stop turning to look onto me knowing he feels it some sorts but my connection with the force is strong I feel it everywhere but my bond with Rey is unbreakable, "do not look into it, it is just a connection to the force" he says continuing on his way for me to stand there as it starts to rain making me close my eyes in peace knowing he doesn't like it when the force is getting stronger in me like to the visions of the future or knowing someone is in trouble like the resistance right now or knowing that Rey and me are same, "master why do you shut me out?" I whisper to myself as I then go to the other side of the island looking at the landscape for me to be then be joined by Kylo Ren who is looking as he is watching the machines being built, "Why is the Force connecting us? You and I." he asks for me to look down on that not knowing the reason at all it is puzzling me, "Murderous snake. You're too late. You lost. Skywalker is planning to return." I hiss for him to watch me carefully knowing he is trying to find it in my being if I am lying feeling that I am lying all the time now but I have been training with the blocking of my mind to keep him out at all times, "Did he tell you what happened? The night I destroyed his temple, did he tell you why?" Ren questions, I was there I knew what happened he turned on us, on me.
